I am the owner of Scooty ( two wheeler) Active DLX, vehicle No. MH03BR6927, Model: 2014, Engine No. JF50E81098181 & Chassic No. ME4JF502EE8098350 and have made all the necessary documents of my mentioned two wheeler vehicle ( scooty ) in my nam. Recently I am surprised to receive the Challan ( fine ) of Rs.9, 200/- from R.T.O. Police Staff
whereas I have no any pending fine/charges against my vehicle. When I inquired, I came to know that someone is plying Motor Cycle ( Platina ) and using my same vehicle no. I have Active vehicle but he has Motor Cylcle Platina which are different. Problem is that all the charges/fines are recording in my account whereas I have no concern with the said motor cycle and challan/fines and this challan/fines are increasing day by day... I request you to kindly make necessary inquiry and investigate the matter and request you to kindly free me from the said penalty/charges as I have no concerned with the said challan.
