no rating is only option i had
i took connecting on monday and from tuesday morning on wards the connectivity is down, raised a ticket but no use it was closed as resolved, called to reopen but they opened new ticket, very poor customer support, while taking connectivity they tell they have very good infra but nothing in practical.
Worst Service, the Customer care is a joke. Please close your service, instead of giving false services. I applied for connection in Sep 1st week, the sales team kept calling and got the money and forms filled from me in a day. that's it, that was the last time I heard from them, I was promised connection in a max of 3-4 days. and then they extended the deadline, not once but thrice! Finally after waiting for more than a month, i asked for refund and cancelled my request, trust me i still waiting for the refund cheque. And they had the nerve to ask me to come and collect it from their head office, which is like 25 km from my Place. After wasting so much of my time in calling them n number of times daily( u need to try for an hour r two before u connected and sometimes u don't get line at all ) and mailing them almost daily, for which they asked me to stop sending them mails continuously. I am actually speechless looking at their customer service. And between I got Airtel Connection, all process completed in a week! Please don't ever get Raajnet!!

Hi I am Ethirajan from Perungalathur Chennai, I had applied for new connection on 20th Feb but till date there is no response from any one from Raajnet I called sales person(Anish Kumar - [protected]) last 10 days there is no response even his mobile is ringing, I have written mail to raajnet but not response from them. I Think its wrong option to go for raajnet. I am trying to get back my money which I have paid for installation and first month rent. I suggest not to go for raajnet to every one to avoid unnecessary tension.
We are once again complaining reg poor customer service. They seem to cut off without msg a reminder like other service providers do. This is a nice reason to avoid service which is very poor. Pls withdraw services to our house and remove your junction box from my premises. Srikumar Gerugumbakkam.
Still the same poor service is continuing... I too have lodged a complaint. Please do not take new connection or recommend to your friends unless you see any service improvements from them. And dont recharge for higher plans until you see connection is stable.
