Date of incident: 18/11/2015 Name of the company: raajnett (Raaj internet private limited), chennai Name of the product: internet connection pack (For 6 months advance paid pack). Rs. 8018 paid by cheque no. Tamil nadu mercantile bank, 215230. Full description: rajjnet has come to house, marketed their product of internet connection, taken a cheque and promised me an internet connection by november 28, 2015. Till date, 19 may 2016, they have not given any connection. I repeatedly raised a request for service, they told all possible reasons including rains for not giving connection. They have also mis-lead me by telling that internet cable is ready in my area and connection can be given in 10 days. They have also put mis-leading banners in the housing area for connections even before cables are laid. Waited for three months and raised a request for refund on march 7, 2016. Email has been sent to [protected]@raajnett.Co.In as per their request. I have been calling them repeatedly every 20 days once at toll free number. They give various reasons like rains, cables, cheque ready and is kept for signing, sales executive will come and deliver the cheque at home etc. Kindly check all my call records with them. They will make me hold for 15 minutes every time. They will inform that the refund department will call back, but no one will call back. I request you to compensate me for the mental agony and time wastage along with rs. 8018. In the second attachment, there are two names of executives who had come to me and gave false assurances that every thing is ready and connection can be given in 7 days time. If your business has any ethics, please request them to call me. If you have no ethics, there is no need to call. I have called for consecutive three months to know the status, but none helped me. Your head of company should feel ashamed for taking cheque and not responding to any of the customer requests. Please confirm me as by what date the refund will be made.
