If you are staying in kolathur and if any of these sales representatives knock on your door, shut the door on their face. They don't deserve respect. They don't honour their commitment. Worse, they don't even respond to you. They promised me that i will get connection in 10 days. I subscribed on 18th of july. No one responds to me. I have the contact details of the sales rep, his tl, and even the tech team. No one picks my call. I paid rs. 2454/- Contact details: Hemanth, sales rep -+91 [protected] Tech guy:+91 [protected] Tl, prasad:+91 [protected] If i dont get response from this forum, i am thinking of logging a police complaint for fraud. Worst thing is that i had seen the reviews and i asked the sales rep guy about this, that you guys don't honour your commitment. He said, "to be honest, we had issues. But now, we have a larger team and the issues were resolved. Especially, in kolathur there is no problem". Stay away from raajnett if you don't want to lose your money. This is S .Ramamoorthy, no.55 Aravind nagar, third street, Madambakkam.I have pdid asum of Rs.2300 towards broadband connection to mr gowrisankar on 7-8-2016..so far connection has notbeen compiled with.please do the needful.
