Getting membership of Race Car Helpline is my WORST EXPERIENCE of life. Since getting its membership I have tried on 5 five different occasions to get help to change tyre as got a tyre punctured but despite my repeated requests could not get help even after more than 3 hours. This is absolutely a worst car helpline which is not serious to deliver good service. Even today I am waiting till last 3 hours to get help from RACE but no help has been provide uptil now.
