Racold — 200 Ltr Racold solar water heater, water temperature does not rise after 30-35 degree

I have installed 2 units of racold alpha pro 200 Ltr solar water heater in my house in 2019. The water in both the units is not heated properly since installation. The water is heated up to a marginal temperature, there after water temperature does not rise. Many complaints were registered. Service persons visited and attended the complaints but the issue is not fixed. Many changes in the plumbing were made at the instance of service person but problem has not been resolved. Kindly resolve the problem or replace both units with new one.
