Racold — Contamination in hot water

Address: 2/204, Ozone Valley,, Old Mumbai Pune Road, Parsik, Kalwa,. Thane

We have purchased Racold geyser CDR swift in Apr 2025. We started using from May. On day on geyser tap jammed with grey residue like dirt. In spite of cleaning cap of tap, grey water kept coming. We let go lot of water but still some quantity of grey water kept coming. Now this is jun. Still the grey water is coming. We checked with our plumber. But problem seems in geyser only as from no any taps of our home getting grey powder. Please look into this.
