Hello there I bought a 30 liter geyser from your company that had problems from day one. I made your company aware of this through Complaint. The technician had accepted the fact that it was a manufacturing defect and if it malfunctioned in the future, it would also be replaced by the company. Despite repeated complaints, we have been facing problems for a year. But it is not being replaced by the company. If it is not replaced by the company soon then I will take take strict action against the company and take this matter to the consumer court.
