Hello there I bought a 30 liter geyser from your company that had problems from day one. I made your company aware of this through Complaint. The technician had accepted the fact that it was a manufacturing defect and if it malfunctioned in the future, it would also be replaced by the company. Despite repeated complaints, we have been facing problems for a year. But it is not being replaced by the company. If it is not replaced by the company soon then I will take take strict action against the company and take this matter to the consumer court. Racold customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 25, 2021 Updated by rvsrahul Racold service request number is[protected] which is also given in the screenshot provided by me in the mail if you have gone through the mail. I have also provided my registered contact number to you people 100 times that is [protected] I have been facing issues since jan 2020. Replace the geyser with a new one as soon as possible and don't you people dare to take it lightly.
