Racold — Despite of repeated problems in the product the company is not replacing the product.

Hello there

I bought a 30 liter geyser from your company that had problems from day one. I made your company aware of this through Complaint.
The technician had accepted the fact that it was a manufacturing defect and if it malfunctioned in the future, it would also be replaced by the company. Despite repeated complaints, we have been facing problems for a year. But it is not being replaced by the company. If it is not replaced by the company soon then I will take take strict action against the company and take this matter to the consumer court.

Racold service request number is[protected] which is also given in the screenshot provided by me in the mail if you have gone through the mail.

I have also provided my registered contact number to you people 100 times that is [protected]

I have been facing issues since jan 2020.
Replace the geyser with a new one as soon as possible and don't you people dare to take it lightly.
