[Resolved] Racold — new water heater not turning on after installation

I purchased new water heater 1 week back and installed yesterday. It did not turn on when i switched it on. Since then i am trying to reach racold customer care through the numbers provided in their website. No one attended my call or even i did not get an email acknowledgement for my email.

One number mentioned in their website is even wrong : (

Dont know how good these companies provide service to customers.

Technician reached my house and fixed the issue. Feeling bad as new product did not work.
