[Resolved] Racold — pronto neo - electric instant & storage water heater

I purchased the above product in july 2016. Few days back, there was a leakage from the geyser hence i had to switch off the geyser for obvious reasons. I contacted their customer care where i spoke to several different representatives. They were of no help, so i was asked to speak with mr. Vicky pillay (Supposedly a senior). After speaking with him, he gave me the number of his senior at the head office (Mr. Pradip khot) informing me that i should contact him regarding my complaint. Upon contacting him (10 minutes after speaking with mr vicky, mr khot tells me that he does not know mr. Vicky pillay nor does he know anything about my complaint that was registered. I have emailed them (Several times) and tried contacting their whatsapp number however nobody cares to reply with a solution to my problem. Horrible products they're selling with an appalling customer service. Good for nothing representatives. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
