[Resolved]  Racold — racold 25 liters eterno shift geyser

Bought racold 25 liters eterno shift geyser on 24th december 2017 from bajaj electronics kompally branch. After using 3 days some noise is coming from the geyser. I complained for support, 3 times technicians visited and tried their best by opening the geyser and checking the element, but the noise / sound still coming. The product delivered is a manufacture defective. I want replacement of the defective geyser

At the time of heating my racold pronto neo 3litr water heater make a big sound ( like phat ...) one time . The sound like dangerous. we swicth off the terminal. Water should heated
