[Resolved] Racold — racold solar water heater - worst customer service

Worst Customer Service. I raised a complaint with RACOLD customer service on September 7th 2018. The Water Heater tank was leaking. It will take only few mins for the service person to check & repair it. But there was no response from Customer service about the service. It is 24th September. Dear sir i have been using racold gas heater since last one year, but since not working it i have change battery but no hot water.check all conection .
