Racold — Racold Water Geyser issue complaint not resolved

I'm of the opinion that nowadays Racold is losing it's reputation due to Poor Customer care and no efficient after sales service. I have been a customer of reputed Racold brand, for more than 15 years, because of the performance of the water heater which was very much appreciatable, even if there was any issue, it would be rectified very sooner from their end, but whereas nowadays either the accessory part is not available or even when a service is done it doesn't last much longer. Racold of Ariston Group India Pvt Ltd has to look into it and bring back the earlier quality as well as their customer care needs to be improved to keep up the trust of their customers had in their reputed brand.
