Though I have already Lodged complaint by email as also contacted through helpline all concerned up to the level of Area Manager at New Delhi but no action has been taken as yet. I am suffering as it is getting chilly day by day.I have not got any response to my email nor any acknowledgement of my complaint lodged to Helpline.Cannot understand there is total lack of care. I have already submitted details of complaint in the mail.I have been given lame excuses that there was transportation problem from Zirakpur to Jammu or the pipes earlier transported had broken. Sir, we are purchased racold solar water heater on 14.05.2020, Now that the water heater panel is cracked and water is also leaking outside, That product is not complete one year also, so kindly replace the product as soon as possible.
