[Resolved]  Racold — solar water heater leakage and wastage of water

I purchased racold solar water heater in nov 2019 and within 10days realise that 20-30 litre water loosing. Raised compliant to sv mrketing jayanagar and they visited 10 times and same issue. Racold team visited 6 times and same issue. Later rcild said this won't fit for hydrolic water presser and no support now. More than 7 such system are working in my layout and racold not support ing. I am now planning to go with legal and take necessary action against them.
I have all complaints which i raised. Having following questions
1. If it's not for hydraulic pressure thn why you installed, did your person won't know
2. After my complaints, you visited 6 times than you won't realise
3. If it's not fit for our society, are you ready to take back other models which are working fine
4. If sv marketing is your dealer, is it not your responsibility to resolve this

I need my money back immediately else will demand heavy compensation for the pain which i have gone through in last 5 months
