[Resolved]  Racold — tank replacement of solar water heater 200 ltr capacity

- the said racold solar water heater 200 ltr capacity (Alpha pro) was purchased on 17 nov 2017 with 5 yrs guarantee
- purchased from m/s satya suma marketers, 40/377, vishala shankar, vidya nagar, kurnool.
- as solar water heater had developed defect (Water leak) a complaint was lodged through toll free number and complaint number is[protected] with happy code 52806.
- but till today no one attended the defect
- reminded twice through toll free number but no response/use.
-therefore spoke to local agent who supplied i. E. M/s satya suma service point, kurnool and their technician visited on 31 jul 19; and stated that tank is corroded and needs replacement
- m/s satya suma service point service report no.538 dated 31 jul 19 refers
- since the solar water heater is under guarantee period for 5 years from the date of purchase please replace the tank on priority
- alternately repair and replace the corroded part free of cost immediately.
