Racold — Unable to get geyser installation service even after a week of delivery

Dear team,

I have purchased a new geyser from Amazon and it got delivered on Thursday. It came with the warranty and installation service free of charge. On Friday evening, I received a call from installation team but as I was driving from office, I was unable to pick up the call. I called back after reaching home but no one responded.
I called customer care on Saturday and the lady told me that someone will call from installation team and she would escalate the ticket. Then, again received the call on Sunday but I missed. I immediately called back and a person picked up the call and asked me if he can send someone for installation on monday morning. I said yes and he said someone will visit by 10-11 am on Monday morning. Till now, no one has contacted me and I am awaiting call from the installation person. I tried calling back but the call is not reachable. I have shared him texts over whatsapp yesterday but no response is received. I tried calling customer care as well but the call is not getting connected.
I do not know what to do now. I had read online reviews that service is the worst for racold but still I took a bold step to purchase your product but never imagined it will be this pathetic at the installation level itself. Generally any brand would be proactive during the installation service.
On Monday, I received a call from a person who told me that he had just received the ticket for installation. This is surprising as the purchase was made last week. I expressed my concern about not getting any help or support with the installation since last week. He assured me that he would send someone to install within 48 hours. I do not trust this timeline at all, as I heard the same 48 hours last Friday as well. He took the number of the person who contacted me earlier.
Till the time, I have not received any further updates or communication regarding the installation. The person who earlier contacted me is also not reachable now. Now, I have started to regret my decision to buy the Racold product.
I am following up on daily basis on email but I am getting nothing more than fake promises that someone will get back to me.
I have attached all evidences of follow up and also social media interaction which is dead it seems.
