Radeon Technologies — Unethical behavior | |
On 13 july, a person called me for work from home, company name was radeon technology, there was no any registration amount, I had to fill 800 forms in 8 days, total salary was 24000 rs, if i filled 720 correct forms, then they will provide the salary and if the correct forms less than 720 than i have to pay 4700 rs penality . I agreed with terms and conditions, on the same day they send the agreement letter on my whatsapp number, after reading the letter i accepted all the terms and conditions than the next process to do the registration, I filled my registration form and attached my passport size photo, signature and Adhaar card copy, at last there was two options of date to start the work, I Selected 14 july date. When I completed my registration they told me that You will get your User-id, Password and project work on tomorrow (14 july 2020) at 10 a.m. But on same day (13 july 2020) at evening I whatsapp that person that (( I Can't able to this work, before providing the any project iam specially informing you that i want to left from this company and work)) at 5.30 pm 13 july . But They ignored my message. Next day (14 july 2020) They gave the project, user id, password on my mail, after seeing mail I called him, but he said ((Today our company provided the project work to you on your mail, now you have no any option, if you will not do the work you have to pay 4700 rs )), and they argued with me . After that I did not do that project. Today i got a call from a lawyer or a legal department, he said you did'nt submit the work on company of radeon technolgy, so you have to pay the penalty of rs 4700, otherwise he will send me a legal notice, and he texted me some case sections (420, 17, 74, 75).They continuing send the messages and harrashing me. Now Iam helpless, What will i do, Please give me the solution of this problem .These all are fraud, Government should take the action against these peoples, They knows very well during this covid-19 most of the peoples lost their jobs, so they take the advantages of this pandemic time. Don't be afraid and dont pay any money to such companies. They all are fraud and fake. The data typing Work which they giving to people are also totaly fake and fabricated. I got some information regarding this online form filling data typing jobs main culprit nitesh khawani that, already FIR had registered against this Nitesh khawani in Jalgaon Maharashtra by a lady student. Contact that lady complainant, she have valid evidence against this fraud, she cal help u And Jalgaon session court rejected nitesh khawani' bail application. This is the main evidence that he is genuinely doing a fraud in all over india and taking money from evry poor students by giving fake fabricating court notice, fake Advocate notice and threatening to file civil or criminal suit if we refused to pay money to that data typing companies. Jalgaon session court already proved that nitesh khawani has got catches in such criminal activities. I request you to take action against this person. He also harassed me for money and threatening me to finish me my carrier. I can proved that criminal action is taken against fraud nitesh khawani in Jalgaon Maharashtra also FIR has registered against him in Jalgaon cyber crime police station. Everybody search on ecourt website to get Jalgaon session court order which proves that nitesh khawani is really a fraud man and shows his active involvment in such crime and still he is doing same fraud present time also in a cool mind having intention to cheat, harass people to take money from them.

Jalgaon cyber crime police are very clever, brilliant and helpful. they know about this type of data typing fraud. Bcoz FIR already registerd in this same offence by a lady student. Please tell me what to be done now they took 4700 and 6849 unblocking charges now phone calls coming to pay more.can I call you please for your suggestions if give me no
Yes, you are right. It same happened with me. Yes government must take some action against this type of company who harass the unemployed people.
