I am Francis from Bangalore.

On Feb 4th 2016, I have registered in Radvision World Consultancy for Germany for Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer.In the month of Jan 2016 they have put an advertisement in Naukri.com saying urgent requirement for Manufacturing Engineer in Germany without IELTS & German Language .

My consultant name was Mehar Kaur ([protected])([protected]@radvisionworld.com) and she explained about consultancy( I enquired about the company but at the time no more complaints because its startup ) and German Job Seeker visa.She told me processing time will be Maximum 120 days from the day of registration and I will be flying to Germany before 120 days. Also I will getting an salary of 2.25lakhs per month with accomodation and food provided by the company .

Within a week I paid the Initial amount of 30, 000 INR and I signed the Legal agreement in that all points favor to consultancy. ( They are not assured for your Job but they will only arrange for Job assistance ) and after signing the Legal agreement I paid remaining 5000 INR in Radvision bank Account.

Next week onwards I got a call from Mohini Agarwal ([protected])(mohini.[protected]@gmail.com) . She asked me to send all Academic documents (PhotoCopy) through courier and she revealed the necessary checklist documents for German Job Seeker Visa.After arranging all the documents and verifying it, she booked an Appointment in the German Consulate, Bengaluru. ( She booked appointments at one month delay, At Later I came to know that dates are available Immediately).

First appointment : It was taken under wrong category (It should be taken under National Category).

Second appointment: Embassy people had asked me about 6 months proof of accomodation in Germany and rejected my appointment(Radvision team were not aware of six month proof of accommodation).After that they have given me a dummy tickets for six months proof of accomodation in Germany and they have charged me 3000 INR for dummy tickets,

Third appointment :Embassy people had asked me about companies which I had applied and any offer letter I got from any company, again my appointment rejected.

Fourth appointment : Embassy people had asked me Additional Financial documents and University document, again my appointment rejected.

Fifth appointment : They accepted my documents and also I have Paid 4600 INR DD favoring German Consulate Bangalore

Finally after 3 months I got my visa stamping done and I felt like I was flying on Sky.I got my Visa on 28th September 2016 and it was valid till 27th March 2017.

After all process done I sent my finalized visa to Radvision HR ([protected]@radvisionworld.com) and Mohini Agarwal, She told minimum 2 months to wait for Job Assistance and after 2 months will start giving you interviews,
First Interview :On 5th Dec 2016 they have arranged me an interview in Thyssenkrupp Escalator Company, Germany for telephonic (+[protected] ) round, When I got the call in true caller app it was showing call which I got is from India only, Then I was just having doubt in my mind then directly I told to Radvision Team about the call status.

Second Interview : On 15th Dec 2016 they have arranged me an interview in ELAN-AUSY GMBH company, Germany for telephonic ([protected] )round and result was same as first Interview.

Third Interview : On 22nd Dec 2016 they have arranged me an Interview in MW Power Engineering company Germany for Project Engineer for telephonic([protected]) round.

Fourth Interview : On 12th Jan 2017 they have arranged me an Interview in Miele & Cie. KG, Germany for Mechanical Engineer for telephonic ([protected])round.

After giving four interviews I have contacted Radvision team for the interview results, They told me I dint got selected in any of the company and they started providing more job assistance.

Fifth Interview : On 02nd Feb 2017 they have arranged an Interview in MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA for Design Engineer for telephonic ([protected] )round.

For this Interview I got a same number call for which I got call for Second Interview, I got a doubt how same number can be used for two different companies, So I spoken very harshly with this people.After that I contacted Radvision team and they are saying that the call was from German consultancy, If it is from German Consultancy when I was speaking harshly with them they would have told me.

Sixth Interview : On 10th Feb 2017 they arranged an interview in FERCHAU Engineering GmbH ([protected]) for Automotive Engineer for telephonic round.

After Sixth interview I got few call interview but due to Emergency I would not attend the calls.

Then in few more companies they have arranged the interviews,

Guys calls which I got for the interviews, In true-caller app it is showing from India and also the way they speak I mean their Ascent it looks like Indian People Ascent, So I was having Little doubt in my mind so I spoken little harshly with 2 interviewer, So considering this they have closed my services .

Also when I have asked for the amount to refund which I have paid to them ( Totally 38000 INR ), they are saying me that they have provided me the services for the amount which I have paid to them.

Concluding my Points for getting visa you don’t need any consultancy all the necessary checklist documents are available in online only but you want job offer so that you need consultancy.
