[Resolved]  Radvision World Consultancy Services Llp — Fake fraud cheat people take money no service

I do t think so this good immigration consultancy this company is cheating all over the India when they are taking money they are Claver in talking I have lossed my money I had called them they are saying u can go through legal i Will not give back ur money..this is worst company...PLS FRIEND S PLS DEAREST PLS DO T GO TO THIS KIND OF CONSULTANCEY PLS...this people's selecting people's from outside Delhi they are cheating

I have applied for Germany visa through Radvision World Consultancy. As as professional I am a Mechanical engineer. I got my visa with help of Radvision world team. Special thanks to Mohini mam and Mehar mam.

For all those who have dreams to work abroad (Specially Germany), need to do their research before applying because I got my visa but couldn't get any job whereas i am a well sattled electrical engineer in automobile sector (As per naukri portal my profile is among 15% top paid similar profile ) and so I wasted my whole year saving.

My suggestion is to Google about following points:-
1. Are we allowed to work on job seeker visa?
( if not then why you need this visa to search a job in Germany from India ?? Untill you personally don't go there)

2. Uses of legal contract as shadow in case of conflict from service provider or from your side (Every consultant is signing dozens of them weekly so you should ask draft before signing).

3. How many English speaking jobs of your profile are available there? Because in the beginning radvision persons told me that Germans are very particular and they won't accept you in other profiles (I completely agreed with them)

Hi, I too had the same experience that I had given for german visa processing for nursing profile on april 2016. I paid 45000 rupees on the same time.and I submitted all the documents which they told me to submit.and I went to german embassy for interview, but they told me that my digree cirtificate which does not recognise in german nursing council.so I cant able to go germany. After that I informed all this things to the radvision World Consultancy. For those looking jobs in germany: - Search ZAV and write them mail or call them they will suggest to learn german first.

try to enroll immigration spirit (It's free) take the web session, as per them there are less then 6lac jobs for English speaking persons for these jobs the whole lot of expat is looking across europe in addition to that south asia with rest of world is looking for as well. Teaching english is not possible without knowledge of local language(be practical)..

Please friends stop day dreaming, do not believe me either. Please do home work by your own, Peoples are there to cheat you for your money, they will call you and say that they can fullfill your dream.

My 70K flushed nothing happen, even when i am an engineer 8+year experience, It's a different story how they cheated matter is that i let them cheat.

Dont believe me, its your hard money. Do your research by yourself (don't depend on them for this), God bless all. And god there for those working in this particular company who play hard ball soft ball with clients, you will be punished in some other form.

I appreciate those calls who has done some home work, don't call me seeking answers in Yes/ No. Those who believe in spoon feeding deserve to be cheated(Thats the only way they can learn because they dont believe to invest their own time into there future) I was one of such person. Hi All my name is Mahesh I never thought am gonna write bad experience review on this consultant..but it's true that I've been cheated by this consultant recently I contacted them for a work permit job in Canada they gave all fake promises saying that we will help you in getting a job 100% will give you training kind before interview and all. I agree that an interview was held got selected in first round and got rejected in second round... before starting the process I confirmed that if I got rejected then what?? they said will arrange another interview!! when asked the same now they're saying we gave one chance and you lost it we can't do anything now!!!what type of consultant it is they charge 30 k for one single round of interview?? and also they are not responding to my calls or messages...it was a worst experience with this consultant my suggestion to everyone that do not trust on their words coz they'll change it and do not fall on their traps...if you want to knw more abt what was the experience with this consultantcy mail me @ [protected]@gmail.com. Radviaion world consultancy at delhi is a fraud consultancy they post job posting in naukari.com and those aporoching them they tell that first we have to apply gor job seeker visa and then job.

But for visa processing they dont have any knowledge of what degree is elgible as i have BHM & CT that is not considered as equlant degree for applying for german visa. Infact they dont even no how much funds have to be in bank. Other than that they ask document for verification but they keep ur documents for a month send back with out making any changes and charging 35k if

Total fraud company dont ever trust this type of consultany and lose ur money and energy

Even I got a call stating that I have been shortlisted for Germany process. I have to pay them 36k initially and then 26k after 1.5 months.
After hearing mixture comments I'm skeptical whether to proceed further or not.

Radission is the company where every one malpractices with counterfeit papers. Never i visit them and trust too much as much as I believe myself. I started my process through this radvision last 31september 2017. As per the stipulated criteria they have prepared invoice and agreement which can also prepare where we buying vegetables in our hotels and this agreement is nothing each and every quotation is companies favour. Within a sentence they have mentioned CLIENTS words in several times that means incase of future any clients will claim for refund, that agreement would be evidence in companies favour. Although my elder brother was insisted don't pay such a single rupee despite that i have paid. Not only this thing i said to JYOTI why are you working in India if Germany offering 3-4lac per month actually they know very well how to convince the people and how to make fool people. Even i said if incase of rejection of my visa so what will happen she replied most humbly don't take stress there will be refund coz i have massive idea regarding migration i have gained experience in different countries like dubai kuwait etc. In this circumstances I'm seeking to refund my money they are failure to assist me the right way anyway this is poor job to snatch money from innocent people. I will take legislative action against this company and i will get back. I can spend more than this money to get this money anyhow i will revenge and i will stop their license already I claimed, friends don't pay this company such a single rupee they are fake people and fake company if anyone want to migrate in Canada Australia or Germany please check Embasy website and take appointment through their requisite and convenient date they will guide you whatever required for this particular process and submit the documents at the consulate which you find on internet they reveal and revert with same. Friends it's not easy to approve the job seeker visa for Germany coz you need to submit vast documents all are prescribed at consulate website so I suggest all of you directly go to the consulate they will guide. Friends don't trust this company they are making dull very conveniently as per their sweet voice. After send the CV they will evaluate your profile yes you are eligible for that designation, not only CV they will say each and every step yes you eligible for canada Australia germany. But whenever you submit the money at this company they will change the colour like chameleon. And the agreement paper if you see before paying the amount never you pay cause every stanzas has written clearly in company favour and that kind of invoice will make everyone who are malfunctioning. Just paid the amount they will show you the back page of this sheet which your mind will be abstraction for prolonging your case through this company. Trust me friend i have massive idea regarding immigration even i spoke to this lady if the Germany providing 3-4 lac per month so why you working within low wages at india why you are not moving to Germany. Actually they know very well how to convince the people and how to make fool people. I'm really disappointed after pay the money though my elder brother was insisted don't pay such a single rupee despite that i was broken obstacle my brothers plea. Now what to do against the company i know and i will take legal action. I asked twice for return my money they denied not possible to return. Who are really interested to migrate in another country like Germany Australia or Canada I'm requesting those people please the consulate website there has briefly described about what are documente required and procedures. I can do everything to get my money so this is the first step and would like to sujjest all unconscious people who are going to trap inside the radvision ditch. I don't know why these company doing like this, earn honestly and leave honestly this is policy's but this abandoned people snatching money like peevish dacoit. Friends job seeker is not an easy process to get approval instead for this process i would like to tell go to the consulate directly they will guide and find the location of consulate through internet. By this coming Monday i will start my case file through my home pleader and whatever money required i will spend to revert my deposit money.

Please friends stay away from these people and don't pay such a single rupee. I have abroad experience in different countries like dubai, kuwait.
i will not sneak until not getting my money from this fraud people!!

Radvision is one of the fake consultant guys be aware this type of consultant while recruiting for Canada process they will asked for money rs 30000 for Canada process afterwards they didn't conduct any interview and when I was call they didn't respond my also. I am going to complaints this all matter to Consumer Court they will take strick action regarding this type of fake consultancy.
