They approached me saying that they have vacancy in germany and hongkong. 1. Evaluation form They evaluated my profile based on information provided by me on their evaluation form. They said my profile is eligible for germany mechanical engineer as per my preference. 2. Payment Asked me to pay rs 35000 and i was told that i will be provided these in agreements. I asked to show me the agreement content but they refused and said that was not their policy. 3. Agreement After payment they are sending me the agreement where there is not even a single responsibility on them. Each and every points are on their favour. If you fail to sign it they will charge 20% of the amount (Rs.7000). 4. Process Germany job seeker visa All they were providing me only the checklist (Which is available on german consulate website) and verification (They put sticky notes upon my docs like resume, cover letter, education docs etc) and nothing more. 5. Visa submission I was sent to bangalore and the consulate refused to accept my application then i booked appointment to chennai myself and got slot after 2 months (They did not even inform me earlier about slots competency) later i sat every midnight to find cancellation slots so i can re-book with the earliest available one and i got one. I went and submitted. 6. Decision Rejection with the following elements Motivation, preparation, financial and purpose of stay. 7. Radvision reply We will close your file and no refund. We are not responsible it is purely consulate discretion of decision. We have done our service. 8. After argument They said they will get me some employer response for visa submission again its useless they just shown me the employers refusal after 2 months waiting. I just submitted the same earlier and got rejected. I don't why it took them 2 months. I am asking i want either my money or germany job opportunity. I lost 35000+ 6 months interest for 4 lakhs deposit+almost my carrier (Quit my job not blaming them but still i trusted them)+other postal+print+scan+copy I will keep on positing everywhere until i get justice. I had a great experience with Radvision. My consultant was so patient with my 1000 questions/queries. She was very prompt and due diligent in her documentation, approach and filling visa. I did not have to re-confirm or review her work ever. She filled all my applications online and made sure i did not have to spend hrs together filling these forms. Radvision has got this done at ease for me. Good work Guys. Keep it up.
