Thank god.. I ordered it and then wanted to cancel but they refuses... Later i refused at the delivery stating i never delivered

I want to back my money please return my money as soon as possible. This is worst product..

Friends I have solution to teach lessons to this fraud company I to experence same useless product "every body order this product & tell ur friends to order but don't take the product when it reaches you". I don't want to rate it .. no zero star

I am also a victim..Can we give them a lesson by receiving the product without playing for it..Let delhivery boy complain about us to the police and we will say that we have already paid for it..Let the rat come out of the bill for justice..
First they ask you to buy the product n on the same day when it is received to you, they will tell you that accidentally you ordered for night cream and this will not give you result without a day cream which they will send you for 1190/- and now we have to pay for this..

Why actions are not taking against this company. Sue it once and for all as it has cheated me and cheated all of you too. I am still 17 but really wanted to take action against this fake company with it's fake product.

I have gone through the review and feedbacks. Well i already brought the product paying Rs.1, 670/- in cash and received email from Ms Neha stating that the product will not work unless i buy their another product called Radyance Day Elixir which will cost another approx Rs.1, 200/-. i was surprised and shocked how these indian companies are making fraud with Innocent people to make money.

Well i will be filing criminal complaint against their company very soon and teach them lesson.

I request to spread this message and aware people not to buy their product.

Please check if the product has been through regulatory licensing procedure or not. Check label and leaflets if these are not in compliance with drugs and cosmetics act simply lodge a police complaint with a criminal charge. Also, send the copy to ministry of corporate affairs and health ministry along with CDSCO.

Charge them with false and misleading advertisement and report it to ministry of corporate affaits. (even Patanjali of Baba Ramdev was fined Rs. 20 lac for false and misleading add).

Dear Radyance Team,

This was the third time I had placed an order for the Radyance cream, received my order 4 days back with a surprise gift which is nice. The bottle which i got was white and transparent bottles, that bottle cream was actually working good but I am very disappointed with the last 2 purchases. Reason because the bottle doesn't look genuine product, secondly the fragrance of the cream is not the same which i got with the first bottle, all three bottles which i got had all three different fragrances. I can say only the first white bottle was a genuine product it had a real fragrance in it which was quite strong, but last 2 bottles didn't have the same one also both bottles different fragrances.
Am really disappointed. I had confusions in mind weather to buy or not but then I thought tell me try again with a positive hope but unfortunately it made me very disappointed.

I am sorry, but got trapped, they are using all malpractices and no action is being taken against them. Once you get the product, they will tell you that it will not work without another substitute and it will go on like this.

Some action is required, but we people are leaving them as the loss to us is 1700.
