My order was skin whitening complex but i have received skin whitening complex. I just called delivery boy and he said to talk to customer care or email. But there is no response after complaining. I am just receiving the mails that plz wait any of our agent will reach to you soon. But its blank still.

I ordered the skin brightening serum which i got delivered on 06/07/2016 at 10.25 a.M i made the payment and opened the parcel and found the product inner cap opened and serum was leaked about half the bottle i quickly called up the delivery boy but he refused to take the product back and advised to call the customer care and lodge the complain, so i called the customer care and executive told me to send the pics of the bottle.Please look into the matter and deliver the new product as soon as possible.

It is different one i got from which i ordered it is really fake
Without knowing for myself they have ordered on their own
Now they r like u have to use day britening elixir to get desired skin first they had not told that there are two products to use in the day time and night time i seriously don't know what's there idea and now i hear called to the number but it's not reachable

Seriously they r fooling, I only ordered resistance brightening night complex.and I got it, now the msg came that u have accidentally ordered only the radyance skin brightening night complex without the radyance day elixir, ...I have already paid 1700 rs. And by own they are sending and asking for 1170 more, y shud I give this extra amount...contact me at [protected]...they are really fake

Actually, I saw Ad redyance product when I was surfing something on internet and I bought this product when I got msg on IVR but I got some other product which is in black bottle. Which is not actual product. And I m getting few more msgs from company for different different product.Without any ordering now they r sending me confirmation msg of delivery. Before One week i ordered Radyance cream from the trail link, It shows me discount offer, I ordered & now i got fake cream, What showing in website advertisement is different cover & What i got the product is different, There is no any informations on that pack how You people are showing in website or advertisement, So please can you people tell me y this different pack or product i got. MRP written on the bottle is Rs 4400 and they are selling it for Rs 1675. These guys are fraud and the product is manufactured in Simla how ever you will get call from a US number to fool you. The website will give you great reviews about the product but this is all crap.

I ordered this product on 14 oct 2015 as radyance skin brightening serum but received lotion after mailing them their support team says its the same product just use it for a month and if you don't get any result we will refund your money i.e 100% money back guarantee, and after using the product i din't get any result infact my skin got rashes, pls see to the matter asap.And i mailed the company's support team quitemany times, but no response.This is totaly a fake product.
