Hi ordered this products looking at the reviews when I got the package the package was empty with one face wash than I tried contacting them couldn't get any response. Later I received a mail from Neha saying this cream vll not work until u buy another day cream, I called explained everything thy asked to sent pictures which I did after 20 days got a msg asking for bank details I did sent till not the refund not processed this is been 2-3 mnts now everyday I send mails no one responded.as I am from India 1min call charger around 15rps already I wasted can't waste anymore... This should be stopped enough o[censored] ppl fooling us with ur fake products

I was going through the ad and ordered Radiance.Immediately I started getting messages from one"Neha"and the courier was dispatched soon.But when I got it, , it was not what I Had ordered.I got a black bottle which had barely a few drops of cream in it. When I tried to send a complain mail, it kept getting rejected.I resent the mails many time but always same message...this I'd does not exist...its a fake emai.id

I ordered seeing the fake reviews. i started using it but no difference in my skin tone & moreover it contains high toxins which are not good for skin. the cream got observed deep into skin & there is a taste change in my throat after applying on my face. so it should be checked/tested by medical council immediately...these guys are fake & should be prosecuted against law. fraud company, dont trust on limited editions/offers & fake reviews. i discontinued to use this coz there chances of getting cancer(traces)

I ordered radyance whitening serum received lotion and after i asked them for refund after so many mails they respond to refund my 75% of my amount, in email i received a confirmation of that in february 2016, senior assistant said that amount will be refunded in the month of may 2016.But its october till date i did not received any amount or information from their side.my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

Guys this company is totally fake.For the first time in life i was bluffed for any product.The reason behind this are

1.The white bottle they are advertising is different from the actual product you receive.
2.The quality of package is extremely awful with stickers coming out from all sides.You don't expect such cheap packaging.
3.The message which they send regarding the day cream that reads" URGENT
NOTIFICATION:You have accidentally ordered ONLY the radyance skin brightening serum without radyance day elixir, without which you will not get the desired effect .We have shipped day cream with COD for 1170 INR.Can you believe it.No reputed and good company will do that.

I had ordered radyance skin brightening serum on 27th june 2016, it didn't work on my skin. I sent them a mail to take take back the product and refund asap.

They responded saying to use it for a month, but same not working. Did mailed them again to take back and refund. Since then i am mailing and taking rigorous follow up, but no response.

Will have to take strict action against them, it seems to b fake.
