Rahul — Internet not activated

I am a new customer of DOCOMO. The Internet balance of third month not yet activated in my sim card. Last two month i got 350 + 350 Mb Internet balance. last month balance is finished by[protected]. Then I maid a call to 121 and they said with in 24hr will get the balance but Nothing I get after that. Today also maid the call to 121 they said the balance will get with in 2hr but no message of net balance. My Phone is [protected] please help me fast With regards Rahul
