Railrestro — Food parcel not delivered

We ordered food parcel for pnr no [protected] for samastipur junction today. But company didn't delivered it and continuously made false excuses due to which we can't purchased food from railway canteen at station. We are starving due to railway services failure. Return my money and compensate us for mental and physical agony by Five lakh rupees immediately.
