Railrestro — Did not recieved the cancellation money

We had ordered food on 10th December and did not receive food on Aluwa station as promised so they said they would refund the money today is 28th December yet I have recieved no refund, they are saying they have refunded my money but in my account statement there is no such money recieved they are a big fraud, just claiming the money has been transferred. And I have been calling 10 15 times since then they are just saying it's refunded but I got no money from their side. 2650 is not a small amount
