Railrestro — Not delivered food

I have ordered dinner through railrestro and confirmed with the customer care that order is successfully placed. Also the order is confirmed by the hotel. But the food is not delivered. We are 2 with 2 children and we are without food today. The Train doesnt have pantry and we didnt see any means of getting food now. This is very bad experience from railrestro and they didnt do anything to ger the order delivered.Even no support from customer care
