[Resolved]  Shubh Yatra Card — Ignored customer complaint

Dear Management Team of Shubhyatra,
I tried for renewal of my account for card no. [protected] till 23.4.13 but failed for your given improper web-communication ( tel. nos. )for handling renewal. Still on the very day of expiry of my validity I could able to mail you for renewal which you have recvd. in time. But still you cancelled my earned points. This is a serious negligence of Railway dept. ACCOMMODATING YOU PEOPLE having inexperienced management to handle such web site.I tried with your nos.[protected], [protected] & [protected] for four days before expiry to know how to topay Rs.300/- for renewal. But it all were ringing & ringing.
Hence I request you to consider my case & return my earned points to my account, failing which I am forced to withdraw my membership due to your callousness & negligence, having no other alternatives.There is no method to contact you people ,as you declare as open cheaters like other cheat fund.
