I tried for renewal of my account for card no. [protected] till 23.4.13 but failed for your given improper web-communication ( tel. nos. )for handling renewal. Still on the very day of expiry of my validity I could able to mail you for renewal which you have recvd. in time. But still you cancelled my earned points. This is a serious negligence of Railway dept. ACCOMMODATING YOU PEOPLE having inexperienced...
