Raindrops Services — Kent RO water purifier | |||
We got servicing of our Kent RO purifier in July 2015 and also entered into annual maintenance contract for Rs 5000/-. Till date there has been no visit by any technican from Raindrops for a routine check as mentioned in the AMC. Few weeks back we started having problems with the filter, and complained to Raindrops. They give some complaint number but no technician turns up. Since last 18th December, the filter is not working at all. in reply to my compliant in Kent customer care, I was asked to call up a central helpline number. On calling this number several times, they have sent a technician on 22nd December, who says that their franchisee is different from Raindrops so that AMC is not valid for this service. Again I had to call Raindrops. I have doubts whether they'll send anybody or not. Its a total fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same comment. Totally fraud company. Even after 10 days of raising complaint and repeated follow ups no technician has visited my house

The same thing happened for us. They charged 5000 for AMc . I doubt any one has taken action on this fraud company. I have attached the bill also. I expect original company or the actual Kent company should take an necessary action to be taken.
Till then never buy Kent products. They are playing with our life's.
