I have repaired and serviced my Kent water purifier from this Kent water RO service company in located in Bommasandra, Bangalore. During repair and service i paid 4500 for RO filter membrane, Sediment filter change. After 2 months and Within warranty period of 3 month for change parts, Sediment filter and RO filter started leaking.
After following up and calling multiple times, every time get information that service guy will come on so and so date. After 1 month passed none has turned up. It is total fraud company. Never get serviced your Kent Ro from this company.
