I have an amc for kent ro water purifier wit rain drops services since 24.4.2018. For past 2 weeks i have been calling them for service. Everyday they say that technician will be sent but nobody comes. When i call them on 30th august, they said that they have registered my complaint only on 29th august and that technician will come on 30th august itself. However, nobody came and neither was there any call from them till today....

I have repaired and serviced my Kent water purifier from this Kent water RO service company in located in Bommasandra, Bangalore. During repair and service i paid 4500 for RO filter membrane, Sediment filter change. After 2 months and Within warranty period of 3 month for change parts, Sediment filter and RO filter started leaking.
After following up and calling multiple times, every time get information that service guy will come...

We got servicing of our Kent RO purifier in July 2015 and also entered into annual maintenance contract for Rs 5000/-. Till date there has been no visit by any technican from Raindrops for a routine check as mentioned in the AMC. Few weeks back we started having problems with the filter, and complained to Raindrops. They give some complaint number but no technician turns up. Since last 18th December, the filter is not working at all. in reply...
