My consumer number is CX19342441 and I booked gas on 4th Jan and the next day I got a message saying that "Cash Memo [protected] has of amount INR 585 has been generated for booking number 252141 and will be delivered shortly.on 6th I called Raj Flame[protected] in the afternoon and constantly it was going busy(suspected they put the receiver aside). Cylinder was still not delivered and I called Raj Flame again on 7th about 11 am and first it was ringing no one picked it and then again it started going busy. I finally decided to go to Raj Flame myself and called the number again when I reached there and it was again busy and I found both the handsets on the counter laying aside. I asked man on the counter that why he has put the receivers aside and this is why phones are going busy. Then the manager (Puran Singh Rawat) came from his cabin and starting giving me explanation that phone had some issues(which was wrong as it was ringing before I left home). As soon as he put the receiver back on phone it started ringing and man started answering the calls.
This is ridiculous that no body in this country wants to work and get paid through short cuts. This is shame and people like this should be punished. Was this information helpful? |
