Dear sir
I use to rsrtc service from jaipur to deoli but conductor issue me ticket from jaipur to tonk so i argue with him for ticket from jaipur to deoli but he denied for this. Its loss to customer of rs 20 because i have to purchase another ticket from tonk to deoli in same bus. Its panic to me. Please advise the staff to issue direct ticket to deoli and stop to cheating with customer

    I traveled from jaipur to delhi on 25/08/19 by volvo bus (Departure at 6.00 pm). Earlier bus used to stop for midway break at hira resorts, bikanerwala, behror, which a quite a decent and clean environment. But this bus was stopped as midway break at highway king, behror. The highway king is already a very crowded place with no separate area for rsrtc bus customers due to which they are not able to serve rstrc bus customer within the 20 minutes break period allowed to customers by bus driver. Moreover, the place is not as clean as bikanerwala. The parking place of bus at highway king is kuchha and in rainy season place is like pond,. Once we enter inside the restaurent, service is not hygenic. The waiter serving water had dipped one finger in each steel glass. Food also served in hurry and staff not courteous. Tye customer require to fight with them for very timely service. A horrible experince. The rsrtc must change the place back to bikaner wala.

      Sir i traveling from haridwar to jaipur from ac slipper bus at 24/08/19 6:30pm and attached my ticket and pnr no.in photos. Sir at 9:00 pm the driver stop bus at gupta resort muzaffarnagar. All the passengers say driver and conductor to avoid because this is so expensive. But they say "jis ko khana h wo kho warna subha tk bhula raho". And misbehaving with all. I am attaching my biil & sir 9 passengers bay 2150/- to hotel and food also not like to eat

        Dear sir i am traveling from haridwar to jaipur today (24 august) and my pnr no. Is xjprr[protected]. Sir at 9:00pm driver stop bus on gupta resorts, muzaffarnagar. All the passengers are told him & conductor to avoid it because the food is so expensive but they say "gis ko khana h wo khao warna subha tk bate raho". Atlast i eat and pay 236+37. And one passenger pay 165/- for one masala dosa. And all passengers are pay 1800/& more.

        Bus conductor is say sirohi to udaipur ticket charge 150 because this bus was high way to highway i will give 150 then he is give me ticket..
        After 9.30 bus enter in Pindwara .. but bus high way to highway so i ask conductor why you entered bus in Pindwara bus highway to highway ... then his miss behaviour to me

          I'm in the rajasthan roadways govt bus from bharatpur to jaipur. Bus no. 1634, the lady conductor is overloading the bus continuously irrespective of the inconvenience caused to the passengers.
          Many people including me are forced to share their seats with the co passengers because of low availability of seats compared to the passengers traveling in the bus.

            Hi sir/madam,

            I was booking a ticket from delhi to jaipur on 3rd june through website 'https://rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in/user/login'. my ticket was not booked but amount get deducted. I called the customer care number, they told that you can again book the ticket and the amount that was deducted earlier will be refunded in 7-8 working days.

            I again do the same activity and my amount again got deducted and ticket was not booked.

            I was in such a need of ticket that i again tried and then my ticket booked.

            Hence, there were 2 failed transactions in which case amount got deducted and ticket was not booked. Its been 15 days now and i didn't get my amount back.

            From last 15 days i am following them on their customer complaint mail id but they are not responding. No one is picking up their toll free number.

            Kindly help me in getting my account back.

              refund of my failed transaction

              I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -
              Booking date - 16th june
              Amount - 1102.90 inr

              Bus type - super luxury

              It has been more than a week now. According to website the refund was supposed to happen within...

              Sir my self passenger of rsrtc bus which is not providing proper service your side yesterday i was suffered with my family and little baby 5months old your are not providing for long time any contect no of driver and conductor so that we could contect to bus person where it is it is very big mistake of rajasthan roadways service this time i left my bus and my baby health also down now i want money because i don't go for gurney moradabad to jaipur this is your side mistake now you refund my money and i was there morning onwards tii evening.

                Travel from :jaipur to delhi

                My 75 year old mother was traveling alone. Conductor confirmed that the last stop was kashmere gate. My uncle who had gone there to pick my mother reached at kashmere gate at 1:00 p. M. And was waiting for my mother when he got a call that all the passengers were finally dropped at nigam bodh ghat by telling that they have reached the final destination.

                However my uncle noticed that after half an hour the same bus reached kashmere gate and when he confronted the driver and conductor that why he had dropped senior citizens at a wrong place they told that jo karna hai woh kar lo hum aise hi karenge.

                My complaints are as under :

                1. Why the driver does not bring the passengers to the final destination so that they can be picked safely like it was done earlier at bikaner house, such erring drivers should be punished so that no senior citizen are harassed in future.

                2. Please pay rs. 10000/- towards the cost of mental agony & torture my mother had to bear when she found that she was stranded with her luggage at an unknown place & no one to pick her. This is just a small cost which i am asking only to improve the future services & a token penalty for the wrongdoing.

                  I have boarded super luxury bus leaving jodhpur at 11:00 hrs for jaipur today on 08.03.19.

                  Sad to inform that the ac of the volvo bus is not working since the bus left jodhpur.

                  Passengers are beating the heat by requesting the bus conductor to open the ceiling window to avoid suffocation.

                  The journey is virtually non ac deluxe.

                  Request, please refund the fare or a complaint shall be filed in the consumer court for compensation for deficient services and hardship caused.

                    Hello,
                    I took 2 ticket from aburoad to karoti at charge rs 70 from bus stand at aburoad from anil kumar at ticket counter 3. But the person did not give information regarding ladies concession and also did not ask regarding passenger male or female and took more charge. Also he took print of ticket and wrote amount manually whuch shows that it is not sure of ticket amount. When i asked to change the ticket to one male and one female he refused and answered in a rude manner. This shows inefficient system of rsrtc

                      I am anshul kathait a regular traveler in rj roadways bus. I am travelling by bus on 22 feb 19 ticket no. 000150 in bus rj 3109 i boarded bus at 14:50 hrs from utarlai to jodhpur. The bus is not following proper route as not crossing utarlai village. They go directly via highway which is creating lot of problems to passengers o[censored]tarlai. I was waiting at bus stand from 1345hrs (Utarlai). Due to this i couldn’t catch the bus which is scheduled to depart from barmer at 1400 hrs. We were 7 passengers waiting for the bus since 1345 hrs. The conductor is making nuisance and saying that he don’t know about the stop at utarlai. He has picked us from outer utarlai and make the ticket from utarlai as we couldn’t get the bus of 1400hrs. So we have to go to 1 km out from utarlai bus stop. He is wearing civil dress and not in his uniform.

                            I have booked 2 online seats in barmer - kota semi delux bus rj 04 pa 5088 from sirohi to udaipur on 25/11/18 at 06:10 pm, seat no. 7, 8.. But when i boarded on the bus.. The bus conductor "manoj kumar" had already issued my seats to another passengers. I called chief manager of the respective depot mr yashwant singhania but he has not given me any satisfactry answer..
                            Please take this matter serious as many passangers like me are facing such issues..

                              I boarded a semi deluxe bus from bareilly to jaipur, the seats are totally pathetic. It is a 10-12 hours run and how do yo expect your customers to survive with a broken chair? No arm-rest, the seat is stuck in the sitting position and has the position lever broken. If it is so, why don't they exclude that particular seat from the booking, rsrtc is breaking all hells on their customer, if i could i won't even give the one star. I booked this seat online and i'm very disappointed. Shame on such service.

                                I took bus from jaipur to agra which number is rj143737.
                                They took double fare to me and dropped me in the middle of the road without giving prior information.
                                The driver of rj143737 said "take another bus for agra and contracted with rj14pc9745 to drop all passenger and gone away.
                                After that the driver ofrj14pc9745 denied me to take with me as he has taken money.
                                I insisted a lot aftr that he allowed me to sit but he gave me single sleeper seat where already four people have sitten.
                                It is really disrespectful treatment with ladies.
                                I just request you to take action against these guys as they don't respect girls and treat with them rudely

                                  We had a booking from jaipur to delhi on 8th november at 11.20 pm. The bus did not arrive at the scheduled time and the authority at the sindhi camp bus stand, jaipur did not have proper answer regarding at what time the bus would come or if the bus would come at all or not. The behavior of the concerned persons was very rude. Very much disappointed!!
                                  They charge me double of what of from Jaipur to Dausa ... And cut my ticket to Bharatpur sir please do something I am from Bhopal

                                    I have booked for super luxury from Jaipur to delhi on 18.10.2018 for 21.10.2018 having timing of 23:30PM. But no ticket has been received against the same and amount was deducted from my account. I have done my payment through paytm. At RSRTC login ID, transaction is showing as failed.

                                    I have done mails to RSRTC continuously but till now no revert has been done by them

                                      Travel details: 7 am volvo from delhi to jaipur on 16th sep 2018

                                      The rsrtc has built a lounge in kotputli, rajasthan. The bus stopped for snacks at the lounge for some breakfast and snacks.

                                      However, the lounges was asking for higher than mrp prices for packaged food and when i asked for bill as the proof, they denied giving the bill as well. I am not sure whether this has been authorized by rsrtc or not. But this is in violation of government rule and customer rights as nobody can ask for than mrp prices set by the company. Besides these people are also surpassing gst and taxes by not giving the receipt of the purchase.

                                      I request the relevant authorities to look after the matter as this is very serious. These people are simply taking the advantage of customers and looting them.

                                      I don't have any proof to submit along with the complain however a simple audit can surface the truth behind my complain.

                                      Hope to hear back soon and see the result in my trip!
