Sujangarh online bus ticket does not working on any software. Please activate this as soon as possible.
Sujangarh to jaipur also does not show any bus. Escalate this issue.
Before 2-3 days all online bus booking available but from last night it does not show any online bus ticket booking.
We are highly disappointed from this type of network issue.

On 13th nov 2017 i was travelling in rajasthan roadways (Jaora - tal). I am a daily up downer passanger and travelling in this bus since last 3 months. But yesterday what happened was really terrible. I stood at the bus door prior to the arrival of my stop. While i was standing, the bus conductor misbehaved with me and told me the name of some other bus (Trivedi travels). He warned me not to travel in rajasthan roadways ever and told me to travel by trivedi travels. I request the authority to take the firm action agaisnt such unmannered staff of your bus. People say nothing is going to happen by such complains but i hope the misconception of people gets over through the considerate action on this matter. Thank you

RSRTC rajasthan

I booked online ticket from jaipur to barmer. I entered top for payment and get the massage from sbi bank for a successful payment of r's 637.06 transaction id[protected]. But i did not get messages for seat conformation. The rsrtc website is not working. Inspite multiple attempts rsrtc website is not working and i am not able to get my ticket please help me to get my ticket for journey of 15 october

I booked the ticket having ticket number[protected]
The rsrtc bus got cancelled and the authorities confirmed that i will get the refund asap.
But even after numerous calls, messages and emails, i got no response from them neither i got the refund.
This is extreme irresponsibility on rsrtc's part.

I am a regular traveler on the route via mandir mod circle, vidhyadhar nagar to purani chungi and as usual i board bus no 8b, costing me rs.14 but today (29/09/2017) when i boarded the same bus for the same route i was asked to pay rs. 17 for the same. What the hell? I fell cheated. It's not a matter of rs. 3 extra which she (Conductor) asked me to pay but it is about the trust on the govt. Servant and on top of that when i escalated for the extra money she was charging, she rudely asked the bus driver to stop the bus and to throw me out and almost pulled me up of the seat. I felt really embarrassed there but i wanted to defend my cause and said who the hell are you to throw me out of the bus. At the end though i paid rs 17 to her to avoid the warmed up situation. As i said above, it's not about the extra money i paid but it's about being cheated by the government servant. Not being a local resident, these government servant are cheating people like us.

I want this complaint to be raised to the respective department and necessary action to be taken against the lady conductor so that these too people get aware that public also holds the power to raise the voice for any such cause. Today when we are promoting women power, these government servants are misusing that... Have added the pics of the bus with lady conductor.

I've tried to book online ticket from rsrtc website. There the departure time from the ahmedabad bus stand was 11.30am but the bus has already departed from the stand before time. When asked for the query at enquiry section, they people misbehaved and didn't responded well. Harsh language and misbehavior with lady passenger having ticket was not for the first time at that place. They people are placed there to help customers but neither they respond well not they behave well. Another bus was there at the stand then also they didn't provide the enquiry and make people suffer alot.

I would like to share a problem that i faced last night with you. The problem is that i booked a ticket in rsrtc bus (Bus no-rj09pa4628) and i was waiting at khumbha marg depot jaipur. Arrival time was 9:00 pm and i was there before time, there are some more people waiting for the same bus in which there are 3 girls and the conductor stop the bus at depot and denied to enter in bus. There were more than 100 people in the bus at that time and the maximum capacity is 60 people. We all booked online ticket. Then we will call at tonk depot that we'll come there and again the conductor didn't go in tonk so again we face problem. I booked a taxi from jaipur and finally i catch the bus at kachola depot and then i shout at conductor for such problem then he was behaving very rudely, name of conductor is madanlal paliwal. I request you to look into this matter and provide me better resolution. I pay 3000 including bus ticket and taxi fare. I m really very disappoint with rsrtc service. I need a solution.

And punished this conductor madan lal paliwal so no one face this kind of problem in future and hope that you provide me resolution asap.

I have booked two tickets from jaipur to jaswantgarh on 31 may 17 vide ticket number 55564560 and 55564561 in bus number 9301 (Sikar depo). My ticket booking time is 7.20 am. The bus was run in wrong route. The bus gone to ladnun from sujangarh directly without passing from jaswantgarh. The bus came jaswantgarh from ladnun. I requested to conductor {name ml yadav dsa (Jpr[protected]} for pass bus in jaswantgarh from sujangarh but he refused to run bus in right route and told me to raise a complainn at police station and his behave was very rude.in this case i mently suffered very bad and waste my 2 hours. Please do necessary action on bus conductor and bus driver. So that they can do correct behave with other people.

मैंने हरिद्वार से बीकानेर के लिए एक टिकेट बुक किया जिसका PNR न. XBKRS[protected] or Ticket No.[protected] है, जिसमे सभी यात्री बस समय से 45 मिनिट पहले बस स्टॉप पर पहुँच कर ड्राईवर से पूछा तो कंडेक्टर से सम्पर्क करने का बोला जब कंडेक्टर से सम्पर्क किया तो उनका जबाव था की इस बस में कोई ऑनलाइन टिकेट बुक नहीं होती और बस पूरी फुल है मात्र एक सीट बची है, जब उससे अधिक जानकारी चाही तो उनका कहना था की ऑनलाइन इस बस में कोई टिकेट बुक नहीं होती है बाकि आप जन्हा से बुक की है वही सम्पर्क करो, आधे घंटे तक इधर उधर जानकारी चाही लेकिन कंडेक्टर ने कहा की एक सीट उपलब्ध है बैठ जाओ और बस रवाना हो गयी

हम सभी छ यात्री बहुत ज्यादा परेसान हो गए है हमे अभी तक कोई बीकानेर का वाहन नहीं मिला है कल सुबह हमे पहुंचना जरूरी है क्युकी घर पर पितृ कार्य करवाना अत्यावश्यक है कृपया इसकी सारी जिम्मेवारी RSRTC की है मैंने इसकी पूरी जानकारी निम्न पते पर फ़ोन कर के बता दी है लेकिन कोई कंप्लेंन नंबर नहीं दिया गया है

I booked a ticket for Jodhpur from Bikaner online through red bus. My ticket number is TK 5V 78337655 and PNR number is XJDHE[protected]. When the passengers passengers entered in the bus and occupied there seat number 12 and 13 and show the ticket to conductor. Then the bus conductor refused to allow in bus and moved them out of the bus. When I complained to the bus enquiry counter the clerk of the enquiry counter made a call to the bus...

Requesting you to provide buses from Udaipur to kapasan vaya mavli Fateh Nagar in evening shadule after 4.30 P.M. we have no bus for this route.

Ac not working. After paying 900 rs for Volvo services we are getting services worse than blue line roadways at least they have windows. Passengers are suffocating and still no response from driver. Please pay attention to better services. Ac was not working properly before departure of bus so they should have arranged a different bus or cancelled that bus to avoid cheating with passengers

I have pre booked seat for my journey for Delhi to ganganagar (Rajasthan) but inspire of limited seats and sleepers the conductor filled bus with passengers sitting on seat with us and standing in the path between.
This is competely unacceptable as we paid and pre booked while people who come without booking are irritating and pushing people.

I m traveling from karauli to jaipur. I board at 9:15am from karauli but till 1:30 pm, it reaches to Dausa. Bus conductor is very slow in his work. Bus no. is 0827 . Bud service is express and it is operating like a local service. Fare is increasing day by day but we r not getting services. Please take it seriously. Some action must be taken on this. I have lost my whole day only due to some carelessness of bus staff.

In Ref. Of new volvo mercedies started today 01 march 2017 from jaipur to BBikanerisnot comfcomfortable as earlier bus was good diffrence is beow:
1. This bus making heavy noise
2. Space is limited
3. Seats are not comfortable and size reduced
4. Fare is increase that is not justified because facilities are reduce kindly continue earlier bus.

Sir I travell to Sirohi to Surat I booked ticket from rsrctc official website and they allowed me seat no 1 and 2 but when I reach to station conductor of this bus are told me the seat which are alloted you this seats are already booked and said there is no option for you unless compromise sir please help us immediately sir I travell via jaitaran exp.please sir help me

None of the power plugs are working in volvos here. It's so inconvenient to travel. Highly disappointed by this that government is not paying attention to it. The journey is of 5 hours and how the hell on the earth we could charge our stuffs? I request the government to pay attention to it and resolve the inconvenience faced by normal people. Else the subject would be taken to media. Hope government pays attention to this regard. Thank you.

श्रीमान जी अजीतगढ़ से दिवराला का किराया ज्यादा है अजीतगढ़ से दिवराला का अंतराल दुरी महज 5 किलोमीटर है और उसका किराया 10 रुपुए है ये किराया गरीब जनता और विद्यार्थी की जेब पैर भारी है
मेरी आप सभी माननीय अथिकारी से निवेदन है की इस प्राथना पर गोर कर आप गांव का सर्वे करा कर इस युक्ति से गरीब वर्ग को और विद्यार्थी वर्ग को भारी भरकम वयभार से मुक्ति दिलाये
उक्त शिकायत का सत्यार्थ ये ह की यहां की रोड़वेज बसे रिक्त चल रही है
उक्त शिकायत के सत्यार्थ ये भी ह की यहॉ की सवारी जिबो और अन्य साधन में ओवरलोड हो कर जाती है
इसमें जान माल दोनों को खतरा है
