    During my journey from sardarshahar to Ratangarh on 2-5-2023 by bus no rj 01 pa 2608 in this bus almost passenger wind was without glass and bus was not maintained Due to this the passengers have to face the inconvenience of sitting in the bus due to strong wind and in rain. So plz improve this

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an incident that my husband and I experienced while traveling on one of your buses from Simalwara to Ahmedabad on 5 April 2023
        We had booked our tickets online, and when we presented them to the bus conductor, he behaved inappropriately and told us that online tickets are not valid. He also refused to provide us with our booked seats and demanded that we purchase new tickets from him. Moreover, he did not carry a reservation chart with him.
        This incident has caused us a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort, especially as my husband is a senior citizen. We feel that the bus conductor's behavior was unacceptable and that appropriate action should be taken.
        I would like to request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the bus conductor. I also request that you provide us with a written apology for the inconvenience caused to us.

        please acknowledge receipt of this complaint letter and keep us informed of the action taken in this matter.

          Volvo bus service from bikaner starting at 5:25 am from bikaner to Nagaur picks up passengers from any point other than specified volvo bus stops but while dropping does not agree to stop the bus at the desired point of the passenger although passenger does not have any luggage.
          When they can pick up from any point, they should agree to drop also at the desired onway drop point desired by passenger.
          This happened with me on 07th April 2023 morning. I had to really fight with that driver for stopping the bus at the desired location on highway itself and the driver refused and conveyed to me not to board his bus in future.

            I have booked my online ticket through RSRTC App for the route of Sikar to Ajmer (Ticket No.[protected] seat no 12, PNR no XAJE[protected] named Pallavi Vedi timing journey 2.30 PM on 13 March 2023, but on that day bus didn't came. I waited there for more than one and half hour and from that day I am continuously marking the mail's for refund of money on RSRTC mail id, but getting no revert from their side. This kind of things loose trust on government departments. Kindly focus on it and help me to refund my amount

                This is regarding the jhunjhnu- nawalgarh toll, they are taking only cash and refuse to take through debit cards.
                Even they are taking double amount of cash than receipt and giving threats at toll.

                  Extra Bus fare charged from me on 08.03.2023

                  I have travelled yesterday on 08.03.2023 from Rajadhok Toll Plaza (BASSI) to MAHWA but the conductor charged from me Rs.135.00 fare from JAIPUR to MAHWA instead of BASSI To MAHWA and the distance between Bassi to Jaipur is approximately 40 k.m. hence I hereby request you to look into the matter and do the needful action against the conductor.

                                  My smart card app no. 84661 was approved on 22december 2022 and i should get this within 10-15 days but still today on 13 january 2023 I don’t get my card. And whenever i tried to mail and call but didn’t get any response. Even they don’t share post tracking number or anything information regarding my card’s status...

                                  I am service Air Force Police Officer and presently posted in Jammu Kashmir region. On 25 Dec 22, i was about to travel from Jaipur to Pali. There Mr. Jagan Singh came into the bus and misbehaved with me and also thrown luggage outside the bus. Is this the behaviour we desrve from our own citizens. I could have man handled him and could have taught him lesson then and there for misbehaving but being a responsible citizen, i choose to remain calm and opted to resolve my grievance through complaint. You are requested to take strict disciplinary action against him.
