Dear sir

I tried to book a ticket for my uncle from jaipur to delhi in khatushyamji to delhi volvo AC bus that leaves at 05:05 pm from Jaipur on 24th October 2023. I tried to book the tickets twice, once from credit card and once via. Paytm. Both times the money was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not booked.

First I tried to book the seat. no. 32 and then no. 36. The ticket was not booked due to an error on the website, but my account was debited with the amount both the time. The payment confirmation screen shots are attached.

Request you to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I booked ticket no.[protected], PNR No. XUDPR[protected], in Bus No. RJ 14 PF 2611, Fare Rs. 440/-, from Ahmedabad to Udaipur for Date 20-9-23.
Bus got breakdown just depart in front of Ranip bus stand. Conductor told me that refund amount will come online as I booked ticket online.
Till now I have not received refund. Pl. resolve.

श्रीमान मैं एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक हु । मैं अजमेर रोडवेज बस स्टैंड से बस no RJ 20 Pa 6313 से नसीराबाद क़े लिए 2, 18 pm पर बैठा। cws माखुपुरा पर बस ने सारी सवारी उतार कर वर्कशॉप में समान लेने बाबत 25 मेनुइट लगाए।। तब कंडक्टर ने बोला के बस नसीराबाद नही जायगी । बाईपास पर उत्तर जाना। मैने बस में दिए सेल न पर बात की एक महिला अधीकारी ने कंडक्टर से बात करआने को बोला । तथा तभी कंडक्टर ने मुझे धक्का दे कर बाहर धकेल दिया। मुझे मानसिक आघात लगा। बहुत दुख के बात है । अगर मुझे कुछ लग जाए तो कौन संभालता।। कोटा के उस महिला अधिकारी को मैने फिर फ़ोन पर बताया के मुझे धक्का दे कर उतार दिया। तो उन्होंने कहा के आप कंपलेंट डाल दो। मेरे टिकट की फ़ोटो और महिला अधिकारी का न भी आपको भेज रहा हु। अगर आप वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का ऐसा हाल करेंगे तो मैं सरकार से कहूंगा के यह सुविधा बंद कर दे। गलहोत सरकार और परिवहन मंत्रालय को भी लिखूंगा। क्रपया उचित कार्यवाही करें और दोषी को दण्डित करे।

Misbehave by the Bus Conductor

Dear Sir,
I am Travelling right now in Bus Kota Udaipur Bus ( Bus Number 4973) From Kota to Udaipur, Bus Started 2:15 PM.

I have taken ticket from Bus Depo counter where they have not allotted seat number.

After coming at Bus, I came to know that a group of 17 passangers were also came inside who were also not having ticket from ticket window and because of the big group conductor of Bus allotted seats to them by doing some sort of arrangements and even they came later they all got seat and passangers like me are standing.

Please provide seat to us urgently and check the molafide intention of the conductor and when seats available than why not allotted even on request by Ticket window at Kota Bus Stop.

Please do the needful.

Gundagardi at RSRDC toll, use foul abusive languages, try to beat and bully car travellers, do not give change, Long queues, argue without any reason specially Panhori toll ( Alwar to Deeg).
No one takes strict action against these toll persons

I had booked an RSRTC bus from haldwani, Uttrakhand to Jaipur, Rajasthan. But the Bus was cancelled due to certain reason. I had paid the amount of 715 for my ticket. None of the customer support is there to help in this matter. I want my money back . I am attaching the details of the ticket below.

I have booked a ticket on 29th june on rsrtc website but transaction was failed and still not refunded after complaining to customer service.

The booking was failed and the amount was deducted.
Customer care told that it will be refunded within a week but its 3 week, no amount refunded.

I have applied a smart card application against NationaI Scout Guide winner award on 19.06.2023 but till date tracking system is showing pending. Please resolved my problem and confirm mine card.

I am from Bundi District. But present i an living in Bhilwara.my RPSC FSO EXAM centre in udaipur.So i am travelling with RSRTC BUS.As per the government rule in exam student travel free of cost in rsrtc bus. But Unfortunately conductor cut my ticket after see me admit card.So please take action against Conductor.

I am from Bundi and now i am standing in Bhilwara. my RPSC exam centre in udaipur so i am going with RSRTC bus. but bus conductor doesn’t allow my Admit Card and cut the ticket.
As per the Rajasthan government rule.The bus travel is free to student while reach exam city.

It is being observed regularly delay by external ticket conductor since last 20 days on kotputli bus stoppage. A lady conductor who is not regular part of bus journey prepare tickets in bus and all passengers got delayed due to this.
As the time of morning between 6-7AM is very crucial and important for all regular passenger who have to reach office at Delhi NCR. Secondly her behaviour towards passenger is very rude and hard.
Please consider the observation and take necessary action to improve bus services.

श्रीमान मेरा नाम महेंद्र कुमार है तथा में जयपुर से फालना चलने वाली बस के अंदर सोजत से पाली के लिए सफर कर रहा था जिस दौरान मुझे बताया गया कि आप ऑनलाइन टिकट भी कर सकते हैं और मैंने आपके बस में लगे हुए क्यूआर कोड पर तय करके ₹45 मेरा किराया भुगतान किया उसके बाद कंडक्टर मोदी द्वारा मुझे बताया गया कि यूपी वालों को हमारा नहीं है और ना ही हमारा इससे कोई लेना-देना नहीं है यह खाली होता इसके लिए हमें आपके द्वारा जयपुर से प्रवाहित किया गया था और वह क्यूआर कोड किशोर कुमार के नाम का है और उन्होंने यह बताया कि हम आपके पैसे के लिए कुछ नहीं कर सकते आप जानू आपका काम जाने तो सर इस तरीके से तो लोगों को लूटा जा रहा है मैं आपसे निवेदन करना चाहूंगा कि जल्दी से जल्दी इस मामले को त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाए अन्यथा शायद मुझे लगता है कि भविष्य के लिए उनके लिए और आम जनता के लिए यह अच्छा नहीं रहेगा इस तरह से लोगों के साथ फ्रॉड करना मानवीय उन्मूलन के खिलाफ है जिसके लिए मैं कोर्ट कार्रवाई के लिए तत्पर रहूंगा

How to extend my validity of my smart card no [protected] portal per validity extend ka option nahi he

During my journey from sardarshahar to Ratangarh on 2-5-2023 by bus no rj 01 pa 2608 in this bus almost passenger wind was without glass and bus was not maintained Due to this the passengers have to face the inconvenience of sitting in the bus due to strong wind and in rain. So plz improve this

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an incident that my husband and I experienced while traveling on one of your buses from Simalwara to Ahmedabad on 5 April 2023
We had booked our tickets online, and when we presented them to the bus conductor, he behaved inappropriately and told us that online tickets are not valid. He also refused to provide us with our booked seats and demanded that we purchase new tickets from him. Moreover, he did not carry a reservation chart with him.
This incident has caused us a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort, especially as my husband is a senior citizen. We feel that the bus conductor's behavior was unacceptable and that appropriate action should be taken.
I would like to request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the bus conductor. I also request that you provide us with a written apology for the inconvenience caused to us.

please acknowledge receipt of this complaint letter and keep us informed of the action taken in this matter.

Volvo bus service from bikaner starting at 5:25 am from bikaner to Nagaur picks up passengers from any point other than specified volvo bus stops but while dropping does not agree to stop the bus at the desired point of the passenger although passenger does not have any luggage.
When they can pick up from any point, they should agree to drop also at the desired onway drop point desired by passenger.
This happened with me on 07th April 2023 morning. I had to really fight with that driver for stopping the bus at the desired location on highway itself and the driver refused and conveyed to me not to board his bus in future.
