Hello sir/mam
I tried to book ticket on the RSRTC website and amount Rs.524 was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not booked.

I Mahendra singh travel rajasthan roadways.jaipur sindhi camp to nayapura kota..toatal distance is 250kilometer so why total journey time is 7-8 hours??..bus condition is very very poor and all windows is disturbed worst sound in my ear.and bus stopage many bus stand and stop on highways..
Why torcher all passengers sitting in roadways??and very irrtation soo please improvement rajasthan roadways and my feedback is ten out of zero..i have requested you please improvement roadways otherwise rajasthan roadways bus service stop in rajasthan and privatization all rajasthan roadways i hope you understand very well thankyou

I am travelling from Udaipur to jodhpur from last 3 years with the same route with rsrtc buses. This time I had face and saw the behaviour of staff (conductor and driver), that they’re not even talking properly and abusing people when they’re asking for stoping the bus for their stop (even in a nice way). First of all they’re driving bus too slow and then blaming passengers and scolding students for their own fault. They’re not even stopping bus for the washroom. Behaving like they’re riding us for free. Bus no. 4781

I have booked tickets rom Jaipur to Agra and cancelled it before 3 hours of journey as per the policy but still no refund received below is the reference id: XIDGA[protected]. As per policy i should receive the refund in 7 days but its more than 7 days from cancelling but no refund can be seen in account

I was in an accident in a RSRTC bus on 27th October 2022. Pali Depot bus number 5062 met with an accident at 5:15am in Banoli, Haryana resulting in the death of the driver, Parveen and many passengers being severely injured.

Upon calling the RSRTC helpline, there was constant deference of responsibility. The helpline did not provide with any guidance on how to complaint in this scenario and upon speaking with the Pali helpdesk to iterate my grievance, the help line executive laughed and said that such accidents are common and there's nothing she can do.

This is utterly deplorable and deserves punishment. People's lives are lost, belongings are broken and there's physical and mental trauma due to RSRTC's gross negligence.

I Was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction success. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -

I want to make a complaint against a roadways bus driver for some things

I sent this complaint on WhatsApp only on 4th date but no response has come till now.

1. I was boarding the bus from Nagaur, so due to the huge crowd in the bus, I went to the driver's cabin, where I asked the driver to sit where there is a place for sitting on the gear box, then he told me that three people I can't sit here and asked me to go back I said there is no space behind, so he asked me directly to get down from the bus.. While he could have said that the bus would be empty at the station ahead, then you get a seat

2. Then later the driver put 3 people on the gear box and when I said his above lines, he talked with me in a bad manner and 2 men sitting on the same box called themselves government employees and they were also very Started talking more insolently and at the same time asserting my government power that I cannot do anything against them.

3. And on talking to him it came to know that he had drunk and all this was happening in front of the driver and he was silent

4. Also, one of them, who was sitting next to the driver, was messing around in the driver's cabin by spitting paan gutka and phlegm again and again.

5. And the driver was driving the bus while talking on the phone in the evening

6. And the bus very badly did not even have a place to stand due to overload from the passenger, that too all the way

And during these talks my behavior was gentle and normal.
I request you that I have sent this message to you after giving a lot of time and hard work please don't ignore my words. Please take action against him

I applied for Rsrtc Rfid student smart card on 22 sept, but when i am tracking, it is showing that registration is still pending its been almost 5 days after form submission.Being a daily student without smart card costing a unbearable huge amount. Kindly approve my registration for student smart card.

I was booking 4 tickets through application my was deducted from google pay but ticket not booked what shoudl i do now the ticket is not showing in applications there option for contacting to rsrtc request you to please refund my amount asap

I have been issued RSRTC SMART CARD FOR VARISHTH NAGRIK CATEGORY bearing no. [protected] valid from November 2019 .The card was issued through Kota Depot.I have availed concessional tickets from ticket counter.Once in a on boarding a bus the TC inserted the card in his machine he told that card is not working and advised to contact the depot.
Kindly look into the matter and make proper updates in system. Thank you.

Dear sir,
Today on 12.08.2022 9:00 am i booked 2 tickects for the journey from jaipur to delhi on 15.08.2022 one male passenger: mohit moolwani and 2nd passenger female : beena moolwani both tickect cost me 563 rs, the amount deducted from my account but tickect didnot got booked, i booked ticket from rsrtc official application.
I have attached the transaction details in screenshot

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Please look into this matter seriously as it is a matter of trust on govt. Organisation.

I booked a ticket from RSRTC App for jaipur from dehradun on 1st of august 2022. My amount of Rs. 1209 got debited but my ticket not got confirmed.I was told by the official amount will be refunded. But did not got my money back till date.

Nothing happen after that, taking continuous follow on mail, even reported same on RSRTC Twitter handle

My tickets automatically cancel but refund not received

I had booked 2 time tickets on 17 may 2022 from RSRTC app.. It's jaipur to Delhi.. I booked ac bus and it's ticket amount is 582 for female.. I booked 2 time and paid 582/582 two time by phone pay my amount is paid but my ticket was not booked it's shown on RSRTC app.. After that I called RSRTC enquiry number and thay said it's server problem your refund is auto pay in 1 week but it's about to one week and there is no refund.. I want my refund...

I have booked a bus ticket in RSRTC on date 22.04.22 for date 15.05.22 fro shivganj to surat. On date 11.05.22 SMS received from RSRTC that all booked ticket for 12.05. 22 to 17.05.22 are cancelled and 100% refund will be initiated. And same message also shown on website and in some newpaper. But till time i have not received refund.
I have also logged complaint and ticket raised but no respond .
I also tried to call RSRTC but toll free number not receiving anybody
