I was booking 4 tickets through application my was deducted from google pay but ticket not booked what shoudl i do now the ticket is not showing in applications there option for contacting to rsrtc request you to please refund my amount asap

I have been issued RSRTC SMART CARD FOR VARISHTH NAGRIK CATEGORY bearing no. [protected] valid from November 2019 .The card was issued through Kota Depot.I have availed concessional tickets from ticket counter.Once in a on boarding a bus the TC inserted the card in his machine he told that card is not working and advised to contact the depot.
Kindly look into the matter and make proper updates in system. Thank you.

Dear sir,
Today on 12.08.2022 9:00 am i booked 2 tickects for the journey from jaipur to delhi on 15.08.2022 one male passenger: mohit moolwani and 2nd passenger female : beena moolwani both tickect cost me 563 rs, the amount deducted from my account but tickect didnot got booked, i booked ticket from rsrtc official application.
I have attached the transaction details in screenshot

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Please look into this matter seriously as it is a matter of trust on govt. Organisation.

I booked a ticket from RSRTC App for jaipur from dehradun on 1st of august 2022. My amount of Rs. 1209 got debited but my ticket not got confirmed.I was told by the official amount will be refunded. But did not got my money back till date.

मेने दिनांक 23/06/2022 को सायला से उदयपुर व उदयपुर से सायला के लिए 4 टिकट बुक किये थे जिसके 1006 रुपये भुगतान किया था लेकिन टिकट नंबर जारी नही हुए अतः श्रीमानजी से निवेदन ही कि मेरी राशि पुनः लौटाई जाए जिसके पी आर एन संख्या 515032, 515031 है

After continuous follow up for 53 days

05.05.2022 i got a call from [protected] asking my bank details for refund against the failed transaction at RSRTC website

Nothing happen after that, taking continuous follow on mail, even reported same on RSRTC Twitter handle

My tickets automatically cancel but refund not received

I have booked a bus ticket in RSRTC on date 22.04.22 for date 15.05.22 fro shivganj to surat. On date 11.05.22 SMS received from RSRTC that all booked ticket for 12.05. 22 to 17.05.22 are cancelled and 100% refund will be initiated. And same message also shown on website and in some newpaper. But till time i have not received refund.
I have also logged complaint and ticket raised but no respond .
I also tried to call RSRTC but toll free number not receiving anybody

I have tried to boom volvo ticket from beawar to ajmer for 4 passenger’s, upi payment also completed but ticket not generated.

As per the booking details received after online booking of rsrtc bus (from Roorkee to Jaipur on 1st May 2022, PNR No- XJPRR[protected], Ticket No-TR5X[protected] through redbus.in (website) in the name of I (Neetu Kholiya), The bus was not boarded at the boarding point (Civil lines, Haridwar road) mentioned in the ticket details instead it departed even without informing me. Apart from this issue, neither the bus number nor the valid contact number for the help was absent in the given ticket details. The only number which was provided in the ticket was reaching out to be invalid each time when made the calls. I have traveled many times via booking through redbus website where every time a call used to ring in order to pick up the passenger. In the aforementioned case, it is obvious to suppose to receive a similar call from driver's side which did not happen in this case. In such circumstances how one can get the bus. The bus left me without taking me to Jaipur which needs special attention from the concerned authority.
I request the concerned authority to take the appropriate action in this case and proceed with a full refund (Rs.- 886.5/-) to me.

I am booked rsrtc bus ticket for Ahmedabad to Sumerpur i made transaction through paytm it was successful but ticket is not booked

It's being more than 10 days ... But haven't received my refund. Infact not getting help from customer care

Mene 19 ko ticket book kiya tha payment 1242 ped kar diya par ticket booking ka ko message nhi aaya
Yah to ticket book karo yaah bhi payment refund karo mene 14 August ko ticket book kiya tha

I had booked 2 tickets from Jaipur to Pilani both of them got cancelled. I was told that I would get a refund in 7 days it has been 30 days and I have not got any refund. These people don't take up any calls they don't reply to mails it's just getting more and more frustrating.
