My name is Deshraj choudhary. I booked a 14 no seat ticket in super luxury bus from Jaipur to ajmer through rsrtc site. Bus departure time is 17.30 pm from Jaipur.
I make payment through phone pay app on site my money deducted from my account but rsrtc site show ticket booking failed.
There is no option to refund or check my ticket.
I contact to phone pay customer care they tell money already reached at merchant account.
I attached necessary documents to resolve my complaint.

I booked ticket on rsrtc website, but didn't get my ticket confirmed and amount got deducted... Didn't get the refund yet too ..
Requesting for the refund asap...m

I have booked a bus ticket from NEEM KA THANA(NKT) to DELHI(DLH) having journey date on 13th of March 2022 through RSRTC website. My PNR no. is XDLHE[protected] and the ticket number is[protected]. The bus originated in Didwana, Nagaur District, Rajasthan. At Neem ka Thana Bus Depot, the bus conductor denied my booked seat stating that the seat cant be alloted despite having my complete ticket details available with him. The conductor and bus driver blatantly misbehaved allthrought the conversation and denied the journey. They further stated to take whatever course of actions we may possibly take against them. Such atrocities by bus conductor/ bus drivers regularly harrass millions of passengers in the country. A full refund of the ticket along with strict course of action against such nefarious people may be initiated. The Bus number is RJ 14 PE5096

I tried twice to make a booking on 19/02/2022 for two person in the name of Piyush Wadhwani from Jodhpur to Jaipur, but both the time my transaction got failed. Payment had been deducted from my account but ticket doesn't get generated. I contacted the RSRTC helpdesk for this issue & they replied payment will be refunded in 7 days but now its 22 days they haven't refunded yet & moreover they are not replying to me.

I have tried several times to create a log in account on the website of RSRTC.
However every time log in could not be completed since no email was received for activation . RSRTC HAS NOT RESPONDED TO COMPLAINTS .

I had booked a ticket ( PNR no : XJDHV[protected] for journey from Delhi to Jodhpur scheduled for 17 March 2022 by super luxury service.
I cancelled the ticket on 01 March 2022. However till date I am yet to recieve the refund amount of Rs 2375. Complaints on website of RSRTC have not yielded any result.

I have booked 2 tickets on 4/2/22 for surat to sirohi by surat -pali bus. for dt.9/2/22 and after 2 days i have cancelled the tickets and till date I have not received the refund. And I am not able to connect to the customer care.

I Book 4 bus ticket from rsrtc app but my ticket is not confirm and payment is successfully debited from my bank but not any confirmation by this bus operator so please help me

I was driving from my 2 wheeler road on tonk road at 3.00 pm, suddenly the bus number RJ14-PC7401 came from behind and started blowing horn from my back, then afteer giving him side he just took a cut against me and made me fall from my activa. I am suffering from fracture and bruises and currently in a hospital. This driver seems under the drugs and intoxicated. Take the strict action against this driver.

मैंने दिव्यांग कोटे से मारुति स्वीट आटोमेटिक 18/11/2021 को ली थी जिसमे भारत सरकार द्वारा टोल टैक्स फ्री हेतु RC में invaild carriege लिखा होना व सभी नियमो का पालन करने हेतु बताया गया है परंतु अजमेर का RTO इसका विरोध कर रहा है उनका कहना है कि पहले गाड़ी में किट लगवा कर लाओ जबकि भारत सरकार द्वारा 13/11/2020 को सभी परिवहन विभागों को आदेश दिया था कि अगर कोई दिव्यांग आटोमेटिक गाड़ी चलाने में सक्षम है तो किट लगवाने की आवश्यकता नही है और मेरा left leg में पोलियो है जबकि सीधा पैर में कोई दिक्कत नही है ।
फिर भी अजमेर RTO द्वारा मेरी RC normal बना दी गई जिससे मैं टोल टैक्स का फायदा नही ले सकता। अजमेर RTO rules मानने को तैयार नही है मैंने उनसे निवेदन किया था कि मुझे invaild carriedge की RC से ही टोल टैक्स में रिहायत मिलेगी।
मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि जब मुझे gst, road tax and insurance में रिहायत दी गई है तो मेरी गाड़ी की RC में change कर invaild carriedge किया जाए जिससे मैं टोल टैक्स रियायत का फॉर्म भर कर रिहायत प्राप्त कर सकू ।

I had booked 2 bus tickets for the journey from Delhi to Jaipur on 16th February 2022 (Wednesday) around 10:28 pm, the journey was to be taken on 18th February 2022 (Friday). The amount -Rs.1158 was deducted from my account but tickets were not provide. The reference no. for the transaction is[protected].I would like a refund of the amount deducted as soon as possible. I had also called the helpline no. [protected] an n number of times before finally getting through. After the call got connected, a man picked up the call & said the amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. It has been more than 10 days and the amount has still not been credited to my account. Also the people who pick up the helpline number are completely incompetent. They are rude to the customers and have no knowledge of how to speak to customers and they provide absolutely no helpful solution for the problems faced by the customer. I would like a refund of the amount deducted as soon as possible. Hoping for a quick response.

I had book ticket on 11/2/22 from Dungarpur to ahmedabad but my pmt rs.504 was detective and pmt was not refunded in my account for 20 days. Plss I will request you to take my pmt fast.

Mene 11.2.2022 ko tikat book kiya tha to tikat book hua nhi or pesa kat gya tha 844 rupiye to abhi tak vapas refund nhi aaya to please help me refund amount

I had booked 2 bus tickets from Delhi to Jaipur scheduled on 25th Feb 2022. The first booking was done and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, I didn't get any bus information or ticket. The details are as follows:

Because of this issue, I had to re-book another ticket after which I got the bus ticket details. i need a refund of the previous booking as soon as possible.

Payment pay हो गया लेकिन टिकट कन्फर्म नहीं हुआ

1: 18 feb 2022 i tried to do booking for date 16-3-22, payment deducted but confirmation page link not open, booking not happen, this happen 2 times so i lost 342.05 * 2 = 684.1,

2: on 19 feb 2022 i tried again, to do booking for date 16-3-22, but after payment page instead of confirm its get redirected to home page. when i check for same sheet again, it showing sheet is booked. cost of this ticket is 342.05

so in total i lost 1026.15 rs.

i want refund for 1st issue and booking detail for 2nd issue

Sir/Ma'am I've booked my tickets on Rajasthan Roadways website from Aligarh to Jaipur, on 16 Feb, 2022 at 10:31pm of date 19 Feb, 11:00am bus and my amount has deducted Rs.657 of 2 tickets, through atom pay, but i haven't received any ticket, message or email and my tickets also haven't been confirmed. Sir/Ma'am I want my money back as soon as possible.
