1: 18 feb 2022 i tried to do booking for date 16-3-22, payment deducted but confirmation page link not open, booking not happen, this happen 2 times so i lost 342.05 * 2 = 684.1,

2: on 19 feb 2022 i tried again, to do booking for date 16-3-22, but after payment page instead of confirm its get redirected to home page. when i check for same sheet again, it showing sheet is booked. cost of this ticket is 342.05

so...

Sir/Ma'am I've booked my tickets on Rajasthan Roadways website from Aligarh to Jaipur, on 16 Feb, 2022 at 10:31pm of date 19 Feb, 11:00am bus and my amount has deducted Rs.657 of 2 tickets, through atom pay, but i haven't received any ticket, message or email and my tickets also haven't been confirmed. Sir/Ma'am I want my money back as soon as possible.

From jodhpur to sheoganj one parcel hand over to driver of bus... RJ24 PA3937 and driver contact number is [protected]

But at the of delivery driver bribe double amount of Discussed amount and
I have only money equal to discussed amount . But driver has told the bus is mine so i have the right that delivery change increase or not
As so driver has not delivered the parcel and go away...

Sir ' i am a student of gca... i recharged my smart card on 29-January-2022.
The office clrk gave me the receipt. But the card is showing expired in the buses...today is the 12th day of this problem...i have to pay for the tickets although I have the car, receipt as well as the messege in my mobile regarding the recharge...
My card is from Pushkar to ajmer...

I am travelling from jodhpur to nagaur. On 7 feb 2022 from Bus (no. RJ19 PB 3164
The conductor's behavior is very rude.
When i asked him for the change which he owed to give me, he replied in a foul language and talks aggressively.
Please look into this matter and charge him with suitable punishment or such, whichever suits you best. But please make sure that this thing won't happen to others in future...

Conductor Not return me 500/- amount and get out me from the Bus. The Bus fare 150/- Neemrana to Jaipur.

I was booking tickets from udaipur to pali but through the process of booking after giving the OTP a message occurred that error tickets not booked but after 5 min my bank notified me that Money is debited from my bank account....

Bus conductor of vehicle no RJ 14 PE 5039 is very bad...

I had booked ticket in RSRTC and departure date was 19th January 2022. On 23th January we came to know that their might be bus corvid curfew on 23th in Abu road . SO RSRTC is cancelled the ticket as there were possibility for corvid curfew. I was told that i will be refunded this amount. But even after so many follow-ups i still haven't received the amount.

I have smart card senior citizen. i journeid toward bharatpur but concessional ticket for senior citizen tickit issue machine shows massage that not valid for this bus...

This is to inform that i was travelling with my daughter and husband in bus no. 5769 with tickets no. 43946900 and 43946899 on date 1st January 2022. I was asking the bus conductor to open windows again and again as all the windows were almost jamm.

At first he did not answer and then as he came to check the tickets i again requested him. Then he replied very rudely that it is not his duty to open the window...

At the stake I was standing in the midnight at sarai kale khan and the bus did not reached there I stood it for 1 hr and now on what basis they are denying me refund when they didn't provided operator no and were not on location too, frauders game. Next I ll sue them if it is not resolved as it is in respect of my security...

Drivers of below Buses do not stop the Bus at Halena (District - Bharatpur) Bus Stand. I daily try to stop these buses, but drivers do not stop the Buses at Halena Bus Stand. Halena is Official Bus Stop of these Buses. And also both Buses are not fully Loaded, Many Seats are Vacant in these Buses.
Kindly take necessary action against Drivers & Conductors of both buses, So that Public will not Suffer in...

I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed 3 times. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -

I was travelling from Jodhpur to Jaipur by Rsrtc Volvo bus which started at 11:30 am on 11/11/2021. I was seated on seat no 17 and placed my bag on overhead cabin which contained some belongings and a Lenovo think pad laptop.
