    I was driving from my 2 wheeler road on tonk road at 3.00 pm, suddenly the bus number RJ14-PC7401 came from behind and started blowing horn from my back, then afteer giving him side he just took a cut against me and made me fall from my activa. I am suffering from fracture and bruises and currently in a hospital. This driver seems under the drugs and intoxicated. Take the strict action against this driver.

      मैंने दिव्यांग कोटे से मारुति स्वीट आटोमेटिक 18/11/2021 को ली थी जिसमे भारत सरकार द्वारा टोल टैक्स फ्री हेतु RC में invaild carriege लिखा होना व सभी नियमो का पालन करने हेतु बताया गया है परंतु अजमेर का RTO इसका विरोध कर रहा है उनका कहना है कि पहले गाड़ी में किट लगवा कर लाओ जबकि भारत सरकार द्वारा 13/11/2020 को सभी परिवहन विभागों को आदेश दिया था कि अगर कोई दिव्यांग आटोमेटिक गाड़ी चलाने में सक्षम है तो किट लगवाने की आवश्यकता नही है और मेरा left leg में पोलियो है जबकि सीधा पैर में कोई दिक्कत नही है ।
      फिर भी अजमेर RTO द्वारा मेरी RC normal बना दी गई जिससे मैं टोल टैक्स का फायदा नही ले सकता। अजमेर RTO rules मानने को तैयार नही है मैंने उनसे निवेदन किया था कि मुझे invaild carriedge की RC से ही टोल टैक्स में रिहायत मिलेगी।
      मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि जब मुझे gst, road tax and insurance में रिहायत दी गई है तो मेरी गाड़ी की RC में change कर invaild carriedge किया जाए जिससे मैं टोल टैक्स रियायत का फॉर्म भर कर रिहायत प्राप्त कर सकू ।

        Amount deducted but tickets not received

        Address: Jaipur

        I had booked 2 bus tickets for the journey from Delhi to Jaipur on 16th February 2022 (Wednesday) around 10:28 pm, the journey was to be taken on 18th February 2022 (Friday). The amount -Rs.1158 was deducted from my account but tickets were not provide. The reference no. for the transaction is[protected].I would like a refund of the amount deducted as soon as possible. I had also called the helpline no. [protected] an n number of times...

        I had book ticket on 11/2/22 from Dungarpur to ahmedabad but my pmt rs.504 was detective and pmt was not refunded in my account for 20 days. Plss I will request you to take my pmt fast.

              I had booked 2 bus tickets from Delhi to Jaipur scheduled on 25th Feb 2022. The first booking was done and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, I didn't get any bus information or ticket. The details are as follows:

              Super Luxury, Seats 11, 12
              Status: Not received the details hence seeking a refund of 1158/-

              Because of this issue, I had to re-book another ticket after which I got the bus ticket details. i need a refund of the previous booking as soon as possible.

                  1: 18 feb 2022 i tried to do booking for date 16-3-22, payment deducted but confirmation page link not open, booking not happen, this happen 2 times so i lost 342.05 * 2 = 684.1,

                  2: on 19 feb 2022 i tried again, to do booking for date 16-3-22, but after payment page instead of confirm its get redirected to home page. when i check for same sheet again, it showing sheet is booked. cost of this ticket is 342.05

                  so in total i lost 1026.15 rs.

                  i want refund for 1st issue and booking detail for 2nd issue

                    Sir/Ma'am I've booked my tickets on Rajasthan Roadways website from Aligarh to Jaipur, on 16 Feb, 2022 at 10:31pm of date 19 Feb, 11:00am bus and my amount has deducted Rs.657 of 2 tickets, through atom pay, but i haven't received any ticket, message or email and my tickets also haven't been confirmed. Sir/Ma'am I want my money back as soon as possible.

                      From jodhpur to sheoganj one parcel hand over to driver of bus... RJ24 PA3937 and driver contact number is [protected]

                      But at the of delivery driver bribe double amount of Discussed amount and
                      I have only money equal to discussed amount . But driver has told the bus is mine so i have the right that delivery change increase or not
                      As so driver has not delivered the parcel and go away...

                        Sir ' i am a student of gca... i recharged my smart card on 29-January-2022.
                        The office clrk gave me the receipt. But the card is showing expired in the buses...today is the 12th day of this problem...i have to pay for the tickets although I have the car, receipt as well as the messege in my mobile regarding the recharge...
                        My card is from Pushkar to ajmer...
                        I paid 654 rupees.
                        Sir please help me.

                          I am travelling from jodhpur to nagaur. On 7 feb 2022 from Bus (no. RJ19 PB 3164
                          The conductor's behavior is very rude.
                          When i asked him for the change which he owed to give me, he replied in a foul language and talks aggressively.
                          Please look into this matter and charge him with suitable punishment or such, whichever suits you best. But please make sure that this thing won't happen to others in future

RJ19PB3209 jalore to jodhpur .travel kr rha hu...IS BUS ke bus conductor ka behavior passenger ke sath shi nhi h..or agr passenger unse kuch puchta hai to pesssenger ko galt trike se bol rhe hai kripya kar aap meri complaint ki enquiry kre hum jalore se express bus me travel kr rhe h bt bus conductor local passengers ko bhi le rhe h bus me and passenger ke complain krne pr bure trike se bol rhe h.. or shikayat krne ka bhi unhe koi dar nhi h or bol rhe h krlo shikayat hume koi dar nhi h jab inhe shikayat krne ka hi dar nhi to pesssenger kya kre ...please inke khilaf strict action liya jaye...or kisi ne bhi mask nhi phna hua bus me..covid rule koi bhi nhi apna rha...please koi action liya jaye ...

                                  I was booking tickets from udaipur to pali but through the process of booking after giving the OTP a message occurred that error tickets not booked but after 5 min my bank notified me that Money is debited from my bank account.
