I had booked ticket in RSRTC and departure date was 19th January 2022. On 23th January we came to know that their might be bus corvid curfew on 23th in Abu road . SO RSRTC is cancelled the ticket as there were possibility for corvid curfew. I was told that i will be refunded this amount. But even after so many follow-ups i still haven't received the amount.
Last message as per below

PNR NO: PALDE[protected], Journey dt-tm:[protected]:30:00, Route: ABR TO AHMD, Bus Type: EXPRESS, Seat No: 12, Fare Amt: 135.00, has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Sorry for the inconvenience. The ticket amount is refunded within 5-6 days

    RFID Smart CARD

      Delayed getting RFID Smart Card

      This is to inform that i was travelling with my daughter and husband in bus no. 5769 with tickets no. 43946900 and 43946899 on date 1st January 2022. I was asking the bus conductor to open windows again and again as all the windows were almost jamm.

      At first he did not answer and then as he came to check the tickets i again requested him. Then he replied very rudely that it is not his duty to open the window abd we can complain against him anywhere we want.

      I just seek an answer for this abruptly answers are we paying to govt. services?

        At the stake I was standing in the midnight at sarai kale khan and the bus did not reached there I stood it for 1 hr and now on what basis they are denying me refund when they didn't provided operator no and were not on location too, frauders game. Next I ll sue them if it is not resolved as it is in respect of my security

          Respected Sir,

          Drivers of below Buses do not stop the Bus at Halena (District - Bharatpur) Bus Stand. I daily try to stop these buses, but drivers do not stop the Buses at Halena Bus Stand. Halena is Official Bus Stop of these Buses. And also both Buses are not fully Loaded, Many Seats are Vacant in these Buses.
          Kindly take necessary action against Drivers & Conductors of both buses, So that Public will not Suffer in future. Thanks.

            I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking site but the transaction failed 3 times. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are -
            Booking date - 10th & 11th Nov. 2021
            Amount - (306.64 x2) +( 309.08 = 922.36 inr
            2 times paid thru PayTM @ 11:03 & 11:16 pm of 10th Nov
            1 time paid through Atom technology after 12pm( mid night)
            Boarding point - Jaipur
            Destination point - Ajmer
            Bus type - super luxury

            It has been more than a week now. According to website the refund was supposed to happen within 7 days but it's been more than a week.

              I was travelling from Jodhpur to Jaipur by Rsrtc Volvo bus which started at 11:30 am on 11/11/2021. I was seated on seat no 17 and placed my bag on overhead cabin which contained some belongings and a Lenovo think pad laptop. When I reached my home at jaipur, I found the laptop was missing from the bag.I called the bus conductor who searched for it in the bus but couldn’t find it.I have also lodged an FIR for same but no luck so far.
              It is very disappointing that popular transport buses like Volvo are no more safe and secure to travel.

                Sir,

                1. My name is MD.MAQBOOL sir me and my family travelled in Rsrtc bus no. Rj 14 PE 1961 ( Delux Ac Sleeper ) from Jaipur and Boarded the bus at around 06:20 pm on 29 October 2021 and reached lucknow at around 04:45 am on 30 October 2021 . While boarding I handed over my 2 VIP suitcase one was big and one was Small
                to the bus staff ( driver ) who operated the bus from Jaipur he marked my seat number 13 on my both suitcase and kept in the luggage compartment

                2. After the luggage kept inside the bus I was outside the bus watching at the luggage compartment till the bus started to Depart

                3. Cause in my big Vip suitcase there was a jewelery Box set ( Necklace ) worth Rupees 1.5 LACKS and 2 Purse
                So because of this I was very careful and asked that bus driver
                Do you not lock it ?
                He said we do not lock it we take care of it
                I am 99% sure that the Bus Driver is the thief

                4. When I reached Lucknow on 30 October 2021 I went to fetch my suitcase from the bus and the Driver
                Handed over our both suitcase. When we got both suitcase both of the suitcase were so dirty like someone inside the luggage compartment have pulled it from one side to another and our bag was found damaged from backside but we found this thing at our home

                5. When we went to our home and I opened my big suitcase ( it has number Lock ) when I opened it

                6. the holder from which we hold the chain it went outside when I opened my suitcase we found that our Jewelery Box 2 purse were stolen

                7. It was an intended theft by the bus staff cause my luggage was inside the luggage compartment cause it was the Ac Sleeper deluxe bus and who knows what going on under the bus compartment

                8. We have gone to file FIR at lucknow (alambagh police station) but they said we have to lodge FIR at Jaipur, when we reached Jaipur (sindhi camp police station) they said that we have to lodge FIR at Lucknow
                both of the police station are not filing FIR

                9. I sincerely request to kindly investigate the matter your help would be appreciated 🙏

                    I have booked an online ticket from Ajmer to Haridwar. But the bus didn't arrive in the bus stand which was the boarding point.

                      My name is Rohit singh and i booked two online tickets from RRSTC official website of kota to alwar for the date 12 september, 2021 9:00 pm in the bus which comes from Chandkhadi and goes to Alwar..
                      I was given the PNR number- XALWE[protected] and ticket number[protected] and seats 22, 23 .
                      When we reached kota bus stand on time, i enquired about the bus from the inquiry counter and i was told that the bus in which i booked evtickets is cancelled for several days and will not come and i must contact the authority for refund.i waited till 10 pm at the bus stop to confirm that the bus is not coming.Then we took private bus to our destination .
                      From the next day i have been toiling hard to get my refund which was 684₹ by continuously calling the rajasthan roadways helplines and managers .But still i am not given my refund .
                      Kindly look into the matter and help me getting my refund as my bus was cancelled without any information .

                        I was booking a ticket from Ajmer to Jaipur on RSRTC website and made payment through PAYTM. When I returned to the booking page it did not load and there was no ticket. I did not receive any message or mail containing my ticket. I am attaching my transaction screenshot. I want the amount refunded.

                                Respected Sir/Ma'am,
                                I had booked my ticket online from bandar sendri to Nathdwara and following is the text of the message i had received after I had booked the ticket bearing the bus details etc. (NR NO: NTWRE[protected], Ticket No:[protected], Journey dt-tm:[protected]:50:00.0, Route: BNDS TO NTWR Bus Type: EXPRESS, Seat No: 22 Fare Amt: 279.0, Thank you for online booking. - RSRTC),
                                I was travelling today from Bandar sendri (Ajmer) to Nathdwara in Beawar Depot bus bearing number 4906 in the end.
                                What happened was that Bandar sendri has stoppage and this bus did not stop at the Bandar Sendri stop, where it should have been stopped in normal circumstances to pick up the passenger and I had to travel to Kishangarh New bus station to catch it, which is 16 kms away from the bandar sendri, thankfully in time I was able to catch it somehow by reaching the New kishangarh Bus Station.
                                I humbly seek following reliefs:
                                1. That stern action should be taken against the conductor and the driver of the Bus.
                                2. The Conductor and drive should be made aware of all the stoppages and the details of the passenger, who had booked ticket online in good faith that he will be able to board the bus from the respective boarding station.
                                3. I want your honourship to provide the adequate compensation which you deem fair and reasonable in the present facts and circumstances (as the passenger had to travel to New Kishangarh Bus station by himself and also the mental dilemma that whether or not I will be able to catch the bus or not and further which bus will I be boarding and other arrangements etc.), to make the good loss suffered as a result of the wrong, as far as money can do so, by applying the well settled principles relating to the award of compensation.
