[Resolved] Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Refund of my failed transaction | |
I was trying to book ticket on rsrtc online booking application on my android phone but the transaction failed. Money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. My transaction details are - Booking date - 18th february 2021 Transaction date and time - 13th February 2021 17:33:23 Amount - 506.77 inr Boarding point - Udaipur Destination point - Ahmedabad Bus type - Volvo AC seater it has been more than a week now. According to website the refund was supposed to happen within 7 days but it's been more than a week. I need refund of my money asap!! Was this information helpful? | |

I today done this transaction on june 16, 2022 at 5.45pm . booked the ticket on rsrtc website. But didn't get the ticket booked plus money also deducted. I need refund.
