I have got my back result of mtech exam hardly 7-8 days before the exams .the result was declared almost after a year , I was not able to prepare my paper well and got back again and now they are saying that they will give me only four chances to pass otherwise they will cancel my degree . RTU is not accepting its fault that they are not giving the results at proper time so that one can prepare for the exam...

Sir....it's the moth of June and you know what what's the temperature in Jhunjhunu,, it must be above 50.
And at this temperature in the day time (at 3:00 pm) we have to go to college. At this time wind blows like wild fire. Moreove we have to go on bicycle riding a k.m. And more to it there is cutting of electricity upto 8 hours a day(I have calculated)..
