We had been to rajasthan in December 2016 and bought list of items worth 16000 and bill no is 476.

We paid 8000 rs advance and balance after we receive the items.
We received the items and we gave him a cheque for 8500 rs inclusive courier charges 500rs and cheque no is 418054. one of the item which we purchased was Sea fossil glass fro 4500 rs.

Below are the statements given by them while purchasing the glass

1) If you put milk in the glass in 30 mins it will convert to curd by not adding any extra agent for fermentation.
2) If the product doesn't work they claimed that they have a branch in Bangalore so you can hand it over and they will return the cash to us what we paid.

a) After we received the product we tried kept the milk for more than 24hrs and it failed, it did not give the desired result of converting Milk to Curd - First lie from the shop guys

b) We called them they tried to cut the calls and at last when my wife was able to get connected they told to apply lemon to the interior of the glass for and we had patient to try that for another 2 days and if failed to convert milk to curd.

c) Since we gave them the check for 8500rs we went and requested for stop payment in the bank as we got cheated and we decided we will give the glass to the Bangalore branch and give them balance amount by cash that is 4000 rs.

Before requesting for stop payment of the cheque we called them and told them even after lemon was applied it did not convert milk to curd so we told him to give Bangalore branch number so that we will return the glass, the guy was very rude and told you search in net and cut the phone, that is why we proceeded with stop payment of the cheque.

Two day back he called and he is forcing us to pass the cheque and he will send a replacement glass, which we don't want and didn't want to waste time so we told him we will handover the glass and 4000 cash in your one more branch and he started threatening us in different words, i tried to calling back and he did not pick the phone.

Next day one day back the courier guy from this number ([protected]) calls up and orders me to pay them the money, i asked him who are you to tell me and he directly threatened me that he will send his boys to my house and they will hit me and he doesn't care about the police. I shouted at him that i am going to police station, The courier is from Overnite courier from the owner to the delivery boy they are all goons and rowdies.

I went to police station and i have lodged a complaint on the courier and the Rajasthanni hand looms for they rowdyism and threatening to beat me up.

Please look into these goons and take actions.
