We had been to rajasthan in December 2016 and bought list of items worth 16000 and bill no is 476.

We paid 8000 rs advance and balance after we receive the items.
We received the items and we gave him a cheque for 8500 rs inclusive courier charges 500rs and cheque no is 418054. one of the item which we purchased was Sea fossil glass fro 4500 rs.

Below are the statements given by them...

They are the bunch of cheaters. I selected a product with a differ size and they packed a differ size stating that the size is same. When i complained they told me to courier the mojari so they can replace. I sent the courier and now they refused to return anything..
I have the bill with me along with the courier receipt with me. Owner said that we will not refund or replace anything.
They are very rude right after you purchase...

The saree given to us is a damaged product which was said that the same was checked by the merchant however when we reached mumbai and was about to try the saree it was defective and the saree was already torn internally
When tried contacting them no co-operation and they were disconnecting the landline number without addressing the issue .

Please have the same checked .
