Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Additional charges added to bill

In the bill for the month of Oct'2020 for CA#[protected] we have got additional "other charges" of 11997.04. rupees. On inquiry we have been told it is a security deposit for load increment, however we have not made any request to increase the load. When we requested to correct the bill we are being asked to visit the Janakpuri District centre office during this PANDEMIC of corona while no fault of our own.
