On 24.06.2016, the reading checker came in my house and after checking the reading of electricity meter, he told that the display of your electricity meter had damaged and sparking in the meter so due to this problem your electricity meter could be burnt. So i request to you please resolve this problem.

Resolve this problem as soon as possible and take necessary actions in this regard.

    I am residing in chhatarpur delhi. We are suffering from frequent and long electricity cut. Everyone knows delhi temperature which is hard to survive then too in such freaking hot there are major power cut which occurs anytime. Night or day. Presently there is no electricity supply from late night 03:00 am to 08:00 am.
    Residents are too compact to breathe properly without electricity.

    It is happening since past 1-2 months.
    Very poor and bad system.

Name change from deepak thakur to anita bose. Kindly help for speedy disposal. I was assured that name change takes 1 to 1.5 months but in my case it's still pending.In absence of name change my flat free hold conversion is with held.

        Details:

        Amount - 4680

        2. The amount paid to paytm on 17th june, 2016

        3. It was paid by sbbj debit card.

        4. Paytm transaction is failed.

        5. It has been credited from my bank account to paytm.

        6. But the status of paytm transaction is showing failed.

              yesterday i went there to complaint reached by 12:30 the lady sent me on the counter no-5 and again the counter no 5 attendant sent me on counter no 01 again, i stand there by 15 minute, that lady was busy on her personal phone with some personal issue and after 15 minutes she moved out, its an lunch time. there is the way those people working no value of time for consumers, they are busy with there personal work on official timings. pathetic services they are providing.

                Sir,
                I am shocked to inform that there is power cut from 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
                from the last 10 days at a stretchwhich is a cause o[censored]tmost discomfort and mental harassment.I wonder how can a person not sleeping whole night be ready for next days work.The power cut especially at night for such long hours is sign of some foul play the employees of Om Vihar, A-Block, utttam nagar are playing with the residents for last 10 days especially after Mr.Kejariwal announced penalty for power cuts of more then 2 hours.Its really shame on our part that we call ourselves residents of New Delhi, the Capital of India.Not only the adults but the children and the old are suffering at large with no energy for next day activities.
                The problem gets even bigger when we call customer care centre who just play tunes instead of solving or listening to our problems.
                It is therefore requested from the concerned authorities to look into the matter personally and help the residents of Om vihar A-Block come out of this hellish situation .
                Hope the authorities would awake and listen to our humble request.

Isme inke saath bses employee (Neeraj bhardwaj, mukesh aggarwal, new meter reader) mile hue hai. Electricity theft timing 8:00 pm to5:30 am.

                              High mast pole installed in a-block park, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027, is not working for more than a week, complete dark in park in night. Possibilities of crime, such as chain snatching, molesting, theft and burglary can not be ruled out. Families of the local residents are scared to move in the park, road and lanes because the anti social aliments get active in the night and make full use of darkness, more over the surrounding roads of park and streets are accident prone therefore there are ample possibilities of accident may occur at any time.

                                I have tried so many times to contact bses customer care number. However they r useless number, always line busy. Diagiating. Did so many mails to aap, did complaints in different forums n to bses, get nothing in return. Nobody is taking responsibility for this. Whom i contact. I live in aya nagar new delhi 110047. Why am i paying taxes n all and for what, what i'm getting in return. I request you to please do something about it.

                                So please help me out to over come from this problem.

                                    I am a resident of ganesh nagar 2nd, opp. Krishna mandir, near vinayak stationer centre, shakarpur, delhi area, we have been facing a severe problem of power cuts last 4 days continuously in night. A power cut about 6 to 7 hour regularly done of last 4 days, this usually started around 10:30pm and goes on for the rest of the morning at 4.00 am. It causes a lot of problems for everyone and all the more for working class as we end up going to work sleep deprived. It is a daily story now and i don't see why this happens, one more this is only 1 phase power cut in our area 1 phase cover apprx 7 to 8 streets after this light was continuously come without any issue.

                                    I request you to please look in this matter seriously and solve our problem, otherwise i will post in social media and also lodge rti against bses yamuna power ltd with a copy of ministry of power, prime minister office, govt of delhi, vice-president office & president office they will definitely look in this matter on urgent basis.

                                      I am a domestic consumer with ca no[protected], and i have a complaint regarding continually gone for last 5 days to till day due to overloading the transformer which is installed svrpnj29s1 in block-e, near umar masjid and block-h, near umar masjid, jaitpur extension part-2 badarpur new delhi 110044 (District/division sarita vihar, new delhi). My and other 20-25 connection area installed with the pole no. Svrpnj31s1 but there is no any transformer in this pole, our pole no. Svrpnj31s1 connect with the single transformer pole no. Svrpnj29s1, this pole/transformer no. Svrpnj29s1 have at least 85-90 connection and we known that a single transformer maintain maximum 20 connection.

                                      Dear sir/mam now

                                      Now summer has started and each alternate day due to overloading this pole gets burnt and we are forced to spend night without electricity.

                                      Lineman come every days/night and always say that this pole is overloaded that is why this complain arises frequently.

                                      We are unable to understand that this is the responsibility of bses to manage the problem and come out with a solution.

                                      Sir/mam we request you to please arrange for two more transformer, one of pole no. Svrpnj30s1 another one of pole no. Svrpnj31s1 there so that load should be divided and we are does not face such problems regularly.

                                      Please do the needful at the earliest.
