Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Bill Payment

This is bring to your notice that, the electricity bill issued for the month of May 2021 dated 30th April 2021 for the consumer number[protected], there is a huge mismatch in the unit consumed for the said CA.

In the provisional bill dated 30th April 2021, the total unit consumed mentioned is 418 units, whereas the actual unit consumed during the period is only 180 units (on 31st March 2021 meter reading was 23, 494 and on 30th April 2021 meter reading was 23, 674), also in the provisional bill issues by BSES Rajdhani dated 30th April 2021, meter reading is also not available.

We have cross checked our meter reading on 8th May 2021 (below is the attached screen capture for reference), that is showing reading as 23811, so as per the readings stated above, present unit stand as on 8th May 2021 is[protected]=317 units only.

We had sent mail to the team (no proper reply) and also had a call with customer care, customer care agent mentioned that the high bill amount was because of Covid 19 meter readings were not available with them & refund won't be possible so they will adjust it in the upcoming month.

So now our request is to if in the comings months also our consumed unit will remain below 200 units, till what time they are going to consider the case of adjusting the amount(about an year or so) and also to share a corrected bill for the month of April 2021(customer support didn't answered on this), as we have already submitted the meter reading through WhatsApp.

Bill have been paid every month but the bill is totally different it's way too high it says for 91 days and reading the information its totally confused please help fix this Thank you
