Dear Sir / Madam,
My house number on electric bill is incorrect so So I am not able to transfer the connection to my name. My Flat number is A-106 as per the property registry copy and on the BSES electric bill flat number - 6 only.
I have visited to BSES customer care office they told me the they can't rectify this mismatch.
CA No.[protected] and contact details are up to date on electricity bill.
