Rajdhani / Yamuna Power [Bses] — Delay in rectification of domestic light

Dear sir/madam,

I am consumer of bses electricity supply for domestic use.

On 30/05/2016, i was complain to customer case ([protected]) for my domestic lite gone.
But he is fail to forward the complain to distribution branch, when i reach to palam complain cell (Distribution branch) they told that they did not get the complain from nehru place. I was suffer it upto 1:00am to connect my lite.
